Transgenders access to bathrooms
Accepting others for who they are, can change the world. In this situation some people have to fight to use public bathrooms due to their identity choice. Transgenders have a hard time, everywhere they go, from people not accepting who they are to not being able to use the public restrooms. Although many may argue that they should use the bathroom with their birth gender, rather than the gender they chose to be. Should Transgenders be granted permission to use the public bathroom? Yes they should be allowed. Some people argue that it’s not okay due to feeling uncomfortable, awkward and disturbing their privacy. There are many that support the LGBT community and there are some that don’t.

Laws has been declared stating that transgender people need to use the bathroom that correspond to the biological sex stated on their birth certificate. For example, if a male changes his sex to a female, she will still have to use the male bathroom cause that is her biological sex. People state they will feel uncomfortable and many also recommend that they get their own bathroom for “their kind”, Cause some also believe they carry diseases( Austin American). Half of America disagrees with sharing a bathroom with a transgender and share their recommendations to them being separated from others because they differ from normal. The world in general is scared of change people freak out for every new change that has happen on earth. For example if bigfoot were real many will freak out and will decide to kill it. Due to it being different from the time they have been living. Negativity is all over a situation that people think they know about. Trans and etc. are comfortable who they are and that make them as a threat or out of the ordinary and the reason why most disagree with passing the law for them to be permitted to use public restrooms.
“They should be permitted to use the bathroom because they have the right to.” There shouldn 't be a reason to be considered different due to changing the identity from its original. Being yourself and happy is what they want and sharing the same bathroom won’t harm anyone. The world can change
It brings up the complication that if someone is not Trans and feels uncomfortable in their own restroom their discomfort is to be ignored. The biggest problem with this is that “If any of this makes a child uncomfortable, the administration's response is "too bad." According to the letter, a transgender student's discomfort must always be accommodated, but if another student feels similar discomfort, those concerns must always be ignored because the administration has pre-emptively deemed all "others' discomfort" unjustified. When a young female says she feels uncomfortable or even unsafe sharing bathrooms and locker rooms with males, she isn't being discriminatory, and her complaints shouldn't be dismissed as veiled bigotry by the same Education Department that has preached to schools the importance of creating environments where students feel secure. ”(Pruitt)
Transgender women are often picked on by individuals because these individuals don’t accept the way they are so they do unpleasant and dirty work to them. This problem should be discontinued because each individual has the right to be free and make their own life
Policies can be passed but everyone has their own opinions. Although Target openly supports the idea of transgender’s usage of bathrooms,they will have to face the remarks of the customers and possibly losing
For the past year society's standards of homosexuals has changed dramatically, last summer gay marriage has been legalized in all 50 states in the us. Now sympathizers of transgender are trying to advocate for bathroom changes for transgender, these people are demanding equal rights to bathrooms that they associate with. I personally find this outrageous and immoral. The concept is very ludicrous, why are we allowing people to choose their gender? It’s ridiculous, I personally believe or would like to think that all children were raised as one gender, and that their parents educated them on the simple concept of where to use the restrooms.

Transgender students are denied the right to feel comfortable and included while others enjoy that right. I didn 't even know the the ruling happened until I logged into facebook last night and saw one of my friend 's bashing comments about it. An important and impactful U.S. document, known as the Declaration of Independence states “ …that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people are like ordinary U.S. citizens and deserve the same freedoms. As of now, discrimination of a certain race being higher than another, is not the only problem. LGBT people around the U.S. are being harassed, discriminated, and freedoms and rights are being taken away. A person’s sexual orientation can force them to not eat at a particular restaurant, adopt a child, or even buy a simple wedding cake.

When a transgender person desires to be the opposite gender, they may get an invasive surgery to fully transition into their new identity.
