The amount of sleep we need depends on the age that we are.Babies and younger kids need more hours of sleep than a grownup does.Teenagers sleeping hours needs to be at least 8-9 hours or their not getting the right amount of sleep they need.The younger kids need at least 11-13 but newborns need 12-18.A grownup needs at least 7-9 hours of sleep.If you don't get the correct amount of sleep you need you don't feel as energized as you exposed to if you were to sleep the hours you need.Sleeping the hours that you need to be energized is very very important.
