As the European Championship 2016, Europe’s biggest football tournament is underway and we couldn’t be anymore excited. A strong contingent of 50,000 – 80,000 Irish supporters are heading for the shores of France to cheer on our boys in green. The flights are booked and the hotel rooms are sorted and all that remains is just saving every cent so you can have a ball (pun rightfully intended). Some, like myself, will be jumping on the bandwagon and others will have been lifelong supporters of the team.
Now, I can hear you asking what a football tournament has to do with looking to change career? Well for those of you who are travelling to France on June 10th or even those taking a well earned break, you may have a particular interest.
As you know, a holiday doesn’t last forever and we all have to face the reality of going back home and back to our jobs, which in itself can be depressing enough. This can be a low point for most of us as the familiar dread descends. This is commonly known as “the post holiday blues”

Is hunting for sport (not food or survival) morally justified? At one point of time hunting was very crucial for survival but now some would say hunting is nothing more than a violent form of recreation that the majority of hunters do not need for subsistence. Those who support hunting may say it does more good than bad for economic reasons. Outsiders are more concerned with the pain and suffering and loss of life endured by the animals. A study conducted by a Yale professor concluded that 60% of Americans disapprove of sport hunting and about one-third of Americans favor a total ban on hunting (Achor 138).
If you think about it the average person will spend over half their lifetime working, if you can spend that time doing something that you love, you will ultimately be a happier person. Personal fulfillment is the number one aspect of employee satisfaction. Personal fulfillment means different things to different people. Some people are motivated by money, while others are motivated by respect or the different options of benefits. It all just depends on what aspects make you happy with your career.

Paramilitaries will enter a region and start to execute local community leaders. This right is being broken by small armies destroying the civilians and also harming them and sometimes killing them. Other problems currently in Colombia are deforestation and the environmental issues.
