INTRODUCTION
Pretend there is something you really want. Pretend it is something that you simply can’t live without. You’ll probably be picturing a mobile phone, an iPad, a car perhaps… something that you depend on in your daily lives, something that had become, along the years, an important part of you that you just can’t let go. Wang, a Chinese teenager isn’t that different; except for he is poor and couldn’t really afford a phone. Wang is only one example of those many unfortunate people in the world where life is hard and survival is an everyday challenge. He might want a phone; others might be begging for food, dreaming of going to

It is surely not a mobile phone, certainly not an iPad, and definitely not a car. The answer was more like a lung, a liver, a kidney maybe, or even a heart. Organ trafficking is a serious problem that requires immediate action. Through the several articles that I’ve read and analyzed as I was going through my research, as well as the fearful stories that I’ve heard and seen on the news, I’ve come to realize that organ trafficking is a huge crime that must be prohibited, simply everywhere.

II. Greediness, poverty, as well as the lack of participation of eligible organ donors resulted in illegal and unethical organ trafficking.
A. Greediness is pushing people to commit crimes by kidnaping children, women, as well as men, take different organs out of their bodies, to finally sell them for money.
1. According to medical daily.com, after going out for a drink one night, a man surprisingly found himself in a hotel room, lying in a bathtub full of ice, his hand attached to a medical drip and his back covered with surgical scars just to realize that his kidney was stolen, illegally and unethically, to be sold for an extremely high amount of money in the Black Market.

When problems sprout like flowers, it’s quite difficult to find the root of the problem. In Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, two star-crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet, end up taking their lives due to sundry aspects. However, there is one overriding aspect responsible for their deaths who happens to be Romeo’s best friend. Mercutio is the most at fault for Romeo and Juliet’s death; Mercutio is the character who ultimately convinces Romeo to attend the Capulet’s feast and because Mercutio challenges Tybalt to a fray — sparking a chain of events.
An exceedingly criticized phenomenon has been widely debated upon in different parts of the world. Kidney organ sale is the selling of one’s kidney primarily for financial provisions. It has been increasing since the demand for kidney for transplantation has escalated. It is seen as a practice with religious, ethical, political and practical issues. On the other hand, people who favor kidney organ sale see it as a beneficial and altruistic custom not only because of its monetary purposes but also because of its life saving intentions.

According to the article “Hotline Statistics,” in 2016 alone, there were 1,057 reported cases of human trafficking related to labor work with a total of 7,572 cases of trafficking. Regardless of the 1,057 individuals that were trafficked for labor, there isn’t a lot of awareness in regards to this problem. However, Noy Thrupkaew, the speaker of Human trafficking is all around you. This is how it works, talks about the reality of slaves in our lives; whether they are sold into labor or used for sex, and the eye opening statistics that are related to the labor trade. In addition, the excerpt “‘Guests’ in the fields,” is written about migrants, who are working towards a better life, and get caught in the snare that is human trafficking.
It is the world’s fastest growing global crime that people are being bought, sold and smuggled for sexual exploitation, domestic servitude, bonded labour and even organ sacrifice ending up with death. The most tragic fact is 26% of the victims that are sucked into trafficking are children. In this violation of human rights’ grave, where persons have a price tag, anyone can be a victim. Human trafficking doesn’t discriminate on age, gender, race or religion. It is happening to humans, just like
Adding kidneys to the accepted list of organ sales can cause an uproar both good and bad, but may overall benefit those in need. The process of organ donations in the United States is an unstable procedure, but with the improvement in the system black markets can be stopped, awareness can be improved, and more lives will be saved. The effects and outcomes from those in need of a transplant are quite impressive. As of August 2017, 116,000 men, women, and children were on the national transplant waiting list.
Title: What If It Was You Audience: State Legislators Imagine if it was you, if it was you laying in a hospital bed, waiting for an organ donation and with each passing minute that you don’t receive one, you are getting closer to your final days. It could very much be you, or your loved one, or a friend, considering over 121,272 in 2013 alone were waiting on organ donations. I will talk about organ donation and hope that you will take my veiws on organ donation on board and give someone the most amazing gift after you have passed away, the gift of life. At this moment in the US there are 84 000 U.S patients waiting for an organ transplant. The number of people on the waiting list is increasing every day.
THE IMPACT OF TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS Human trafficking today is a global phenomenon, affecting men, women and children in over 130 countries of the world. Trafficking is a crime against individuals. As such, the consequences are most directly felt by trafficked persons. As well documented, trafficking activities contravene fundamental human rights, denying people basic and broadly accepted individual freedoms. Trafficking also has broad economic, social and cultural consequences.
Ronald Faison Eng-106 February 20, 2018 Professor MaryBeth Nipp Definition Argument Essay The selling of human organs under U.S law is illegal for many reasons. By having bids on life or death situations can have a negative effect on people with low to no income waiting for an organ. The only lawful procedure for someone to receive an organ transplant as of now is to be placed on a waiting list. Human organs that are sold is considered human trafficking because it is the process of selling or transferring human tissue by force (National Institute of Justice, 2007).
All around the world human trafficking exists and there needs to be a stop to it. Human Trafficking is a national problem because current laws are ineffective and therefore action needs to be taken to reduce the problem. Human Trafficking became our modern day slavery. Victims being forced into labor, being drug camels, and solicitation. Slavery has brought sadness to the world and yet aren’t realizing that the people being trafficked are becoming slaves.

ABSTRACT Human trafficking is the trade of humans, most commonly for the purpose of slavery, forced labor, or commercial sexual exploitation for the trafficker or others. This unjustified trade and exploitation of human beings in the 21st century reflects a sad state of affairs which confirms that the greatest ethical challenge facing the globe today is human trafficking. It portrays a contrasting picture of inequality among equals with regard to the right of every individual over his or her life, since trafficked victims are compelled to sell their inherent freedom. Their cry for help is drowned in the sea of constant oppression and general sense of apathy which has been continuing for centuries. Human trafficking can occur within a country
