But a substantial additional number of women – around 87 million – become pregnant unintentionally.” As your older sister I am very excited that you an your husband want to start a family but I want you to be ready. Having a baby is a very big responsibility there is so much to it than just changing diapers and wiping noses. Getting pregnant might be the easiest part if your fertile but everything after that is far from easy. As a result of the death of Margaret Sanger’s mother due to multiple childbirths, Sanger was motivated to finding a prevention of pregnancy that could potentially save lives (Gibbs, Van Pyke and Adams 41). This is the story of my pregnancy. The night I found out I was pregnant I got a funny feeling in my stomach, and I wasn’t sure what was going on. I told my mom what was going on, but she was already suspecting I was pregnant and already had a test ready for me to take. I took the test and the results was positive.
