When you are born you are like a new piece of white untouched paper
You are brand new to the world so clean ,so innocent
You have no fears
You are just happy to be alive
You go on living without yet know what lay beyond in the world, yet
You have no idea what the worlds offers or what the world could do to you
You have no idea once you step out of your comfort zone, your safe place (your house) that you will NEVER be the same again
The world can either shape you and help you grow
Or tear you down from the sky and clip your wings off
It is true the world may try to clip your wings off
That doesn’t mean you sit there and let it happen to you
You could let someone come into your life and destroy everything you made
Everything you made with

But you don’t know that yet)
That you should NEVER leave them because if you do you will never reach the sky again
So you let them treat you like you are nothing so much that you start to believe it
(You are not nothing )
Because of that to make yourself feel better you make this false happy place in your head You think you are free and you are flying in the sky You can feel the wind ripple your clothes and the wind hit you in the face In the real world the ripple in your clothes is them (your partner) holding you up by the shirt
The “wind” is them hitting your face
You start to think that the world has nothing else to give you That the world wants you to lay there and died
( The world doesn’t)
You could stand up and scream out loud that you are alive and strong
You say to the world
“Try me I am ready for anything you throw at me’’
Now you can’t just say that and expect that the world will not try to test

It is your heartbeat
Do you know what that means?
It mean that you are live That you could do anything That you could beat anything that this world throws at you
The world was just testing you Either you failed and crumpled and you falled from the sky and you let the world clip your wings
Or you stood strong with you head held high held your ground
You may have fallen but you popped right back up
When the world tries to clip your wings you scream no
As you punch the world back in its face
You may have picked the wrong path in the past but you have learned from your mistakes
The mistakes has made you stronger as a
It 's easier to put yourself on top and to dream happily than to live in fear. Although others will look at it like you’re living a lie and advise you to be truthful about your situations, that is not always the best step to take. In Fear by Gary Soto, Frankie keeps quiet about his situation, acts hard, and makes his life sounds better than it really is. Even though his peers know; empty refrigerator, father’s gone, mother’s sad and the beating, but none of them decides to stand up for him. It 's better to live in dreams than to face the devastating truth.
In this quote, we see the struggle to maintain a sense of self under extreme circumstances, and the deep emotional scars that remain even after liberation. The will to survive is a testament to the resilience and strength of the human
Life comes with both good and bad consequences. You only have one life so live that life to the max. If you took the path for bad choices, I hope this letter will help you change your mind and make the right
In a moment, the situation becomes bittersweet and it is up to the persons involved to come to terms with the
The wind started to blow faster and faster. I tried to resist but there was nothing I can do, for I was only a helpless Airborne Fluff. We were cotton-like seeds that flew around and were controlled by the wind. We are like tiny clouds that floated around and humans liked to squeeze us with their sweaty palms. “Ahh!”
Someone once said, “ Life is all about making choices. Always do your best to make the right ones and always do your best to learn from the wrong ones”- Anonymous. Choices can always look instructive whether they are great or bad. Often, a string of good choices makes it easier to continue down the path, good consequences paving the way to more good choices. However, poor choices often have unlimited consequences.
Lone Star High School is a location where students can feel secure and have many opportunities to showcase their skills and leadership qualities. Our campus is built upon five figurative pillars; Integrity, Strength, Stewardship, Loyalty and Perseverance. These pillars are what make us the admirable school that we are today. I believe everyone of our students must have these five qualities in order to ensure success now and later on in the future. As a student I believe that for one to have integrity they must show signs of righteous ethical morals.
I’ve always been afraid of failing and always wanted to strive for greatness, but life has it’s up’s and down’s. For the first time in my life I was a
Over the course 3 years in High School, the mistakes I made are what people identified me with. While many of these mistakes are something I may partially regret, I realize that this “partially” is an underscore of what I see. Many of these mistakes I made happened at a much different circumstance that what others had dealt with before. I was able to make those mistakes in a setting and perception that nobody else could afford. While everyone changed, grew, and matured, I had the opportunity to stay behind and develop an ideology that exceeded well beyond the capacity of others.
The quote “the bumblebee’s wings are so thin and its body so big, it should not be able to fly. The only problem is the bee doesn’t know that” to me has to do with believing in yourself and not letting others make you think less. The moment someone tells you that you cannot doing something, I can make you feel discouraged and stop you from even attempting it. On the other hand, if you are not doubtful of the task then you will at least give it a try not even knowing if you will succeed or fail. In the case of the bumblebee, it could fly because no one ever gave it the opportunity to think otherwise.
In real life no one is unstuck in time, no matter what. We all live one day at a time and there’s nothing more or less we can do about
The struggle for love, the journey for self-actualization and enormity, the cry for following your passion and making your life a masterpiece — these are all
Everyone knows that life is not easy all of the time, and everyone will make mistakes. Making mistakes is an inevitable part of being human. However, it is what you choose to do afterwards that matters. Successful people choose to leave it in the past, and to learn from it in the future. It is hard to be successful if all of the focus is on failure.
We have all fallen and tripped over life’s tricky obstacles before, but we have decided to get back on my feet to face what the world still has in store for me. Everyone has their struggles and hardships, but defeating the demons that keep torturing our lives like an endless nightmare, is one massive mission to complete. However, we seem to run away from those haunting demons, but sometimes the only way out of the mess is to fight them. Some people have worked their way up, starting from the hard, cold trail of dirt and debris and ending up conquering the world. However, in many cases, life may never be a “crystal stair” according to Langston Hughes, a famous poet, and activist during the Harlem Renaissance, whose poem “Mother to Son” became
