Companies rely on managerial abilities and expertise of technical skills as the main criteria when selecting candidates for outside workers to assume the duties of international and expect prospective expatriates in sending out can adapt and adjust themselves to the new working and living the good life successful. But with the skills needed by expatriates would be sent out of the country when they are no longer expatriates sent out but the repatriates will be back and return to their homeland.
