Peter Pan
This essay will to explain how the original "Peter Pan" is a lot different from Walt 's. It will explain how the clothes, places and habits were different. In the original "Peter Pan", he is actually the villain, he kills the lost boys when he is bored, and he stole the Pirate 's fortune. You will see why "Peter Pan" is not actually the kid-loving boy that seems a hero to everyone.
First, let 's talk about the habits. In the original "Peter Pan", as said before, he played with the lost boys as if they were his action figures. There are a lot of things in the book that are different from the movie, for instance, in the movie , "Peter Pan" wears a green suit, leather boots, and a green hat. In the original story, he wears auburn leaves, a leather jacket and boots. Other differences are how Peter and the Pirates tried to kill each other, in the book, Captain Hook poisoned Pan 's medicine, in the movie, they tried to blow him up. Other things are how the Pirates knew where the Lost Boys lived, in the book, they accidentaly discover it, in the movie, Tinker Bell is captured and reveals the hideout.
Besides those things, there are a lot of accurate things such as the Native Americans in the book, they wear the feather hats and the leather tunics, they smoke, hunt and have Tribe Leaders and Princesses. We can see Pirates who had big ships and lots of fortune and expensive clothing, that fought with swords and cannons. Other things are how Peter and the boys had a warm feeling for mothers, and they treated Wendy as a mom in Neverland, how Tinker Bell hated Wendy, how Hook is chased by a crocodrile, and how Peter and Captain Hook hated each other.
In conclusion, "Peter Pan" is a story that can be and has been changed easily from a dark violent story to a child 's fairy tale. A lot of changes has been made to the story like the clothing, habits, relationships, etc. But there is one thing that hasn 't, Peter Pan, a boy who never grew up, a boy who could fly, a boy that had a dream, but also someone who
In my opinion there are a lot of comparisons between the film and the book, but there are also differences between them too, but also they have impacted the audience in both the film and the
In spite of that Peter is way too hostile there is just one more quote that proves he is way violent, “I’m going to kill you, chop you in to little pieces and put you into the garbage hole.” That quote is another example of why Peter did not make it, if that does not prove the fact that Peter does not belong in battle school, then what will prove

We’ve all read a really good book and then watched the movie and thought, what the heck this wasn’t like the book at all. That’s exactly how it was for the movie Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. Although they were both very good the book Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children was better than the movie. When Jacob is at work he gets a phone call from his grandpa, Abe, he’s looking for the key to his gun cabinet that Jacob has hidden so his grandpa doesn’t hurt himself or anyone else. Once Jacob arrives at his grandpa’s house he discovers his grandpa isn’t home and all the doors and windows are open.
For example, in the book, only one person drowns Pony, but in the movie, three people drowned him. This is different because in the book Pony is being drowned at the water fountain by only one person. On the other hand in the movie Pony is getting drowned by three people instead of one like it is in the story. Another comparison between the book and the movie would be when Ponyboy goes to court and doesn’t testify in the book, but in the movie he does. These are different because in the book when Pony has to go to court for the murder of Bob he doesn’t testify in the movie when he goes to court he does testify.
When all of a sudden Peter goes to work the next day to find out no one was working in the office, so his boss comes up to him and had told him he has been accused of communist activities. He does not deny it, because it turns out he had joined some type of organization back in his college years to impress a girl whom he had thought he was in love with. Peter really valued his life and his career very much, you could tell just by his actions throughout the film. One night he went for a drive and he had swerved off the road and had crashed to wake up with he had no recognition of who he was. Long story short an elder man found him on the beach mistaking him as his son Luke who had originally died at war and never returned home until now he had thought.
Battle to the Death: Cinema Vs. Novel Some of the best movies are based on books. One movie based on a book is The Hunger Games. While the movie is entertaining, it is very different from the book.
The first one that I will address is that in the play the Van Daans are already in the Annex when the Franks arrive, but in the movie, the Franks are already in the Annex and had been there for a while when the Van Daans arrived. The next difference is that in the play Peter knocks over a lamp when the robbers are downstairs, but in the movie, Peter does not knock over the lamp while the robbers are down stairs. In the movie Anne has more of a romantic relationship with Peter, but in the book it is more of just a friendly relationship. In the book Anne and Peter do not have a good relationship. It is just Anne teasing Peter, but in the movie they are friends early on.
"Outsiders" Compare and Contrast Essay The “ Outsiders” movie and novel are awkward and interesting. Upon watching both they appeared to be somewhat similar. However, after finishing the movie and having time to reflect they have distinct differences.
Peter is intelligent because he is knowledgable which helps him deceive his parents and get what he wants. Peter displays his intelligence when he mislead his father into thinking that he had no idea, “about Africa and everything”(5), and changed the scenery to, “a green, lovely forest”(5), fooling his father. And when Peter’s father decided to shutdown the nursery he used his insight to once again outsmart his parents by pretending to cry and wale, ”Just a moment, just one moment, just another moment of nursery"(9) and as a result Peter got what he wanted. Due to Peter’s intelligence he was able to outwit his parents and in return achive his goal in obtaining what he wants. Lastly, Peter is known to be ruthless.

This essay is about the comparison between "Chicken Little" and the original fairy tale. The most know interpretation of the fairy tale is the movie "Chicken Little" released in 2005 while the original narrative was published in 1823. The fairy story is most known for its quote "The sky is falling". Now the question is... What are the differences between them?
Imagine having to live without a mother or a role model. This is what life was like for the lost boys ever since they had fallen out of their baby carriages and were never found again. In Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie, Peter and the lost boys spent their lives in Neverland without a mother or an adult role model. This is why they took Wendy Darling in as their mother. This was a big thing throughout the book which can be seen through the theme: loving mothers are important for individuals to have.
