PROMOTING PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Promoting physical activity requires the involvement and cooperation of all levels of government (national, regional and local), with clear roles and commitments for each level so that the overall nation can see how valuable it is to engage in physical activities. When physical activity is promoted it changes people’s behaviors because it will create love and commitment for everyone therefore the outcome will be that people are not going to suffer from obesity, heart attack and others.
There are barriers on why people do not engage in physical activities which may include fears about having a busy life such coming back from work late, crime, road safety, a lack of recreation and sport facilities and negative attitudes about physical activity. Opportunities for physical activity need to be created close to where people live, together with creating cleaner, safer, greener and more activity-friendly local environments. Governments should focus on promoting physical activity in different settings (such as neighborhoods, health care settings, workplaces, schools and transport systems) so that people will be grouped together to engage more in physical

In the ever changing landscape of health and social care and children and young person’s settings there are many pieces of government legislation and regulatory framework that service providers and organisations must now comply with. For example Care Quality Commission (CQC) introduced the essential standards of quality and safety which are central to the workplace. It is with great passion that I am dedicated and willing to contribute my service or skills to help someone in need. My philosophy of health education is very simple, to prevent, improve and educate the lives of individuals, families, communities, populations, and societies. Besides, there is no safer way to touch people’s lives than through public health.
Healthcare is something everyone needs and should be able to get, but right now that is not happening. In America there are millions of people who don’t have healthcare insurance. This is because some can’t afford the insurance plan. There are also millions more who have health insurance, but can’t afford using it. This means that they are paying for an insurance plan, but the deductibles are so high they can’t afford to go to the doctor.

As adolescences enter adulthood, they enter a long transitional period, often known as “emerging adult”. This transitional period takes place over a range of 18 to 25 years old (Santrock, 2013).
