Physical Fitness: More than just a workout How many people brag about going to the gym all the time? They might have us believe that they are physically fit, but physical fitness is more than just going to the gym sometimes. I believe to be physically fit we must change the way we live our lives. Physical fitness is a lifestyle that includes workouts, diet, and consistency. Other factors that come into play when trying to be physically fit is how free time is spent, motivation, and we must be willing to drop some aspects of our life like a bad habit. Like I said before, being physically fit isn’t easy, I wouldn’t even consider myself to be very physically fit. I am working on it, but I fail at the consistency and diet part. We must attack our goals with ferocity or we will not make it. We must change our lifestyle to match the type of fitness we want to have. If we want to stay the same then our lifestyle will stay the same, but if we want to reach a different goal, then our lifestyle will represent that. Working out, dieting and consistency with both are the road that leads to our goals. These 3 key aspects will help us to be healthier and in turn make us truly physically fit. We cannot pick and choose which parts of these we want to do, we must follow the plan to a T. One thing to remember, physical fitness is a choice to live a different lifestyle, we can’t live the same life we lived before choosing to be truly fit, because it will make us fall right back into old habits. We must choose to be better than we were before and choose to make the most out of the time are given. As the time passes, people have become more lazy and getting sicker because of their health and not maintaining themselves active. Americans need to be more physically because it proves their health and self esteem. America is a country with 35% of overweight people, so to prevent that to happen we all need to stay active. Physical activity has a lot of benefits like being healthy; because if we at least go out and walk a mile everyday that can change our physically and mentally health being.
Athletic Trainer From a sprained ankle on the soccer field to a stoved finger in a basketball game all injuries are important, no matter how big or small. There has to be someone to take care of the injured athletes. These people are known as athletic trainers. With only being one year away, it is important that I begin to make choices on what I want to do after I graduate high school. I have been organizing a serious amount of information on the certain career fields that I’m interested in.
Furthermore, when I am motivated to work out, I enjoy running outside. I view the gym as a very reliable place to work out, but I also believe gym’s are boring and provide a disadvantage for athlete because the athletes do not become accustomed to the heat or the cold. Lastly, one thing that a lot of people like to do is to lift weights. I believe lifting weights can be an important activity in sports that are more physical, but I personally find lifting weights extremely boring. I perceive physical strength to be somewhat important, but one of the most important aspects of a sport that I see is
A person should have an average of 60 minutes of physical activity a day in order to lead a healthy and fit life. We should all strive to work towards getting off the couch and reducing screen-time to lead less sedentary lives. This, in fact, encourages weight loss. The Ministries of Education in both Canada and U.S.A should revise the health curriculum to emphasise more on healthy eating and healthy body image to empower youth about the importance of having a healthy lifestyle. To reverse the obesity epidemic, community efforts should focus on supporting healthy eating and active living in a variety of settings.
Fantastic Fitness is a place of “public accommodation” whose services are generally open to the public. Fantastic Fitness is demanding an exemption from the law because women have expressed a religious and private desire to exercise in a private room separate from men. Additionally, Fantastic Fitness has a policy of restricting special fitness equipment to men over the age of twenty-five so that “. . . no one is injured using the special equipment.” A three-tiered analysis will be applied to examine whether the law (1) is generally valid to businesses open to the public, (2) if the law is a legitimate use of Columbia County’s police powers, and (3) if Columbia County is obligated to exempt Fantastic Fitness from the law based on age, sex, privacy, and religious grounds.
With the increased interest in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as a sport and method of fitness training strength & conditioning within combat sports has rightfully become more accepted. Gone are the days where your old school boxing coach will tell you not to lift weights as it will make you bulky and slow. Evidence based strength & conditioning works hand in hand with combat sports performance. Combat sports include boxing, kickboxing, MMA and various traditional martial fighting styles. In this article we merely scratch the surface of combat sport strength & conditioning.
Some clubs have been created to help others there have been made more gymnasiums for people who are willing to help themselves. Exercising can help people to have a good life in a way where they can feel their body with joy and not with symptoms that can bother the person to be happy. The world would be a better world without diseases but that is impossible we live in a world where all we see is diseases food is good and bad it just depends on the person. Among my biggest hobby is Crossfit and fitness in general. This interview couldn’t have come at a better time, because this is the peak season for crossfit participants. It’s the Crossfit Open. Crossfit head quarters post a workout every Thursday. Participates post their score the following Monday, the entirety of the event lasts 5 weeks.
Besides a coach an athletic trainer is the right hand man to an athlete. As an athletic trainer there are many tasks that keep us going. One is the athletes themselves and all of the requests they come in and demand. From recovering from an injury to preventing a life long injury from reoccurring trainers are always on the move. Prioritizing, viewing a wide variety of injuries, and differing work fields are just a few of the benefits that you get when you are a trainer.
This is the problem. Society have always neglected the very need of health maintenance. Workout is the solution. When it comes to work out there are so many perspective and today with my almost 2 years’ experience of doing workout I want to persuade you all that workout is not a sport, something much more than it. Workout is a healthy lifestyle.

The Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model is a framework for reaching an optimal training, competition and recovery schedule for all aspects of human development. This model should allow all individuals to be physically active through participation in sport and recreation. It is important to begin the learning process at a young age. Before an individual can become skilled in any activity, they must first acquire the fundamental skills. In soccer, developing the basic skills such as running, jumping, throwing, kicking, etc allows the child to utilise and incorporate them into practice and live games.
Before starting a fitness program, visit your doctor first and ask for a medical and physical report of your current health and physiology. Your doctor knows the level of physical activities that you can undertake, so as not to harm yourself. You will use the data gathered from your doctor to estimate the needed activities and time when you can accomplished your ideal fitness. Fortunately, I was physically healthy after my doctor’s check-up even though I was mildly overweight. Also, you need a huge reason why you must get fit and not just a shallow reasoning like I want to look and feel good; this will follow eventually.
