Productivity of workers is important to the aspect a job. Where, the level of the productivity can be evaluate whether the employee perform or not with the job. The level of achievement of the productivity of an worker depends on level of work tasks that they do. On the other hand, the productivity of the worker can determine the successful of the organization. To be that objective of the organization success, the management must ensure that provide the safety environment to their worker. The high productivity can be motivating the worker to perform better.

Psychosocial hazard in workplace consist of a negative workplace atmosphere such as bullying, violence or sexual harassment. Psychosocial hazards have the potential to harm our health and safety, physical and mental, and health and safety at work. Each employee who exposed to psychosocial hazards is disturbances of emotion (Shibbir Ahmad 2013). Worker will objection to come to work after interrupted by other employees. In this case, it slowly affects the productivity of the worker of their job. Often, the new worker will face with case bullying from senior worker with a lot of task. So, the new worker would stress with a lot of task and they cannot be concrete toward each task. It is the negative impact that the worker face and it influence worker productivity. It is because, in order to enhance productivity among worker, they must know the knowledge of the OSH. Because of that, the management the worker into training programmers in order to increases their knowledge about the safety and technical to use the equipment in the workplace (Dr. Kimani Chege 2014). So, the worker feels confident and increases their morale to doing the job.
