INTRODUCTION
There has been an observation regarding schools and their incorporation of physical education within their curriculums. All private and state subsidized schools offer education in cohesion with physical activity. Hence, it is believed that physical activity has an impact on academic results. Naveen Jain, an entrepreneur and philanthropist states that “Just as physical exercise is a well-known and well accepted means to improve health for anyone, regardless of age or background, so can the brain be put ‘into shape’ for optimal learning.” However, many teenagers are not aware that participating in physical activities can increase their mental ability.

They have increased problem solving skills than those who are inactive.
