Per Reporter: The parents (Timothy and Brittany) went to jail for stealing from behind Piggly Wiggly about 4 to 6 weeks ago. The incident took place the dame day they were giving a drug test from the county, the parents were sent to the Jackson County Adult Detention Center. Reporter stated Olivia informed them the parents are teaching Timothy how to steal. Unknown if the child has went out to steal with the parents. The reporter was threaten by the parents when informed the reporter would not keep the children any more due to Timothy stealing. The reporter stated the parents are taking pain bills. Unknown if they are doing so in front of the children, or if the child have access to the pills. Reporter stated the children did not attend school

Mr. Johnny Boggs, 69-year-old Caucasian divorced male, lives with his biological daughter, Ms. Wanda Boggs Ferguson, 20-year-old Caucasian, and her husband Mr. Charles Ferguson, 21-year-old Caucasian along with their two sons, Charles Ferguson Jr. (3 years and 10 months old) and Liam Ferguson (13 months old) at the current residence (381 Greenbriar Rd, Louisa, KY, 41230). The house is in Mr. Boggs name and he is residing in the house for the last 50 years. PER REPORTER: On 8/28/2015 Jim Swanson a neighbor of the unknown mother and father reported to the Pontotoc DHS around 10:00 am that the unknown father was drinking on the night of 8/27/2015. The father was screaming and yelling at the mother. The unknown mother went over to Jim’s home and asked him if her and the children could stay there until someone came to pick them up. Per reporter Jim said that if the case goes to court, he will testify against both of the parents.
The first examiner did not review any of the health history of the child. The police department also did not interview the child’s mother. Many acquaintances of the mother were questioned about her mothering during the interview and they all had the same concerns. She had an alcohol problem during which she would often level the child unattended. A live in nanny stated that she left the newborn at home following return from the hospital after birth.
Reporter stated yesterday the children were suppose to get off at The Brittany 's Apartments but they got on the bus to go to the grandmother 's home. Reporter stated mom called the school fussing and was suppose to call back to let the school know if they made it to the grandmother 's home. Reporter stated mom did not call back. Reporter stated she had to call mom back at the additional number provided. Mom has several numbers that do not work.
Reason Case was accepted for investigation: On 12/2/17, Hennepin County Child Protection accepted a report of alleged predatory offender status concerning Tayshawn Robinson, Makayla Mason and Jemeul Robinson by their father’s partner Lillian Simmons. Per reporter received an anonymous report concerning children Tayshawn Makayla and Jemeul. Per reorter the children father’s partner Ms. Lillian Simmons was conited of murder in the 1st Degree in 1989. Ms. Lillian Simmons resides in the home with the children’s father Mr. Quincy Mason.

After a while, on the island, the kids realize that they may not be getting saved and they start to go wild and don’t care about life anymore. To try and keep the kids in order Ralph calls meetings to get everyone together and talk about what needs to be done. From the beginning of the book to the end everyone and everything has changed dramatically.
