Abstract
The purpose of this research is to encourage and to show how aware we are as a society about the impact of playfulness in teaching English. Also to encourage all the teachers to be more creative and think of different activities in the way that children learn without any problem. In other words to show what is our perspective toward the playfulness in teaching English. When we were in elementary school we had not done any activity as they do now besides reading the texts, finding unknown words and translating. Our goal is to become successful teachers and our teaching to be effective, by including playful activities, explanations and changing the learning process that occurred before, when I say before I mean changing the deductive

According to president, LEGO education, Kragh, J. (2013) one of his aims was to help teachers take a developing approach to teaching in order to increase the students’ interest and motivation in learning by using different activities also using digital tools, tailored curriculum resources, teacher-training programmers as well as colored bricks. Jacob (2013) also claimed that using these playful and creative methods will definitely engage more students so they will not get bored during classes, and these methods also engage students of all abilities and achieve results.
However, not always teachers take into consideration the importance of including playfulness in teaching English. Therefore, it is a need to be aware and to include more activities in classrooms in order to have an interesting, fun and gain useful knowledge in a relaxed environment.
1.3.We presume that playfulness in teaching English has a significant impact due to the fact that the children will remember more of what they have done during activities rather than listening the teacher. Nowadays in Kosovo it seems that the situation has changed comparing to the previous years when we had just deductive learning. Furthermore, playfulness in teaching English helps children to behave naturally in classroom and to learn in an easier way by interacting with their peers. But still we need further changes in order to increase the learner’s

We have chosen these graders because we consider that the need for including playfulness in teaching English is higher in this level of education. Children were enthusiastic and interested about the questionnaire. The number of participants was109, 48 of them were females and 61 were males.
Sometimes teacher's expectations about the impact of playfulness in teaching English to young learners are not the same with the actual impact of it, and we specifically want to see if learners and teachers have the same approach about including playfulness in teaching English. So, to approve this we thought to include in our research the opinions of both teachers and learners. In other words participants will also be four teachers.
3.2. Materials - from data collection instruments we have chosen questionnaires for the pupils and interviews for teachers. We have chosen those kind of data because they are more convenient and inexpensive. First of all, we started to compile our questions focusing from general to specific ones. The pupils had all the time to answer the questions but they have completed the questionnaire approximately for 10 minutes. We told them that the questionnaire is absolutely anonymous and we asked them to be sincere in their answers. The structure of the questionnaire is as
Five hundred and seventy eight of the students were from a Mexican background, while one hundred and seventy two were Chinese, and one hundred and seventy one were European. Fifty two percent of the students were girls, while forty-eight percent were boys. DESCRIBE THE METHOD/S USED TO EXAMINE THE HYPOTHESIS The researchers chose to use an initial background questionnaire that was given to each of the schools and then the students were asked to use a daily diary checklist that was to be used at the end of each day over a fourteen day period. The students were asked to report their emotions and keep a record of any events had occurred that day with either parents or family members, friends, or significant others.
Bowllans (2011) goes into details about the questionnaires, giving all of the details of the OBVQ and what it entails, such as how many questions and the subjects that the questions would touch on. Bowllans (2011) was also discusses the way the Teacher Questionnaire worked and how valid these tests were. Following the discussion of the subjects and the research tools, Bowllans (2011) goes into the procedures she used. Here, the article is very detailed. Bowllans (2011) discusses how the research project required that the classrooms be intact.
Through implement activities in this classroom, I observed that children have capacity to use materials in variety of ways to learn and explore base on their experiences and interests. Even though I have planned my activity and image how children might approach to the materials, I restrain instructions and let children express how they play and learn. I stay beside to observe and assist when children needed. It is treasure to see how children excited to learn and be creative. In the classroom, I’m sensitive to individual differences and abilities.
The way the teachers taught and introduced activities to their students is what would really shape them while
The purpose of such a questionnaire was to hunt out out the student’s state of mind, how he felt, what he liked and unlikeable , and what his values were. With this knowledge it would be easier for the govt. college to alter his values and behavior at will—without, of course, the student’s knowledge or his parents’
It is true, kids love to play. But, playing all of the time is not at all possible as it can affect their studies, but what if they are enjoying and studying at the same time? It can undoubtedly be said that kids belonging to the present generation are so fortunate to have the interactive learning techniques by their side with an intention to attain the fun and education simultaneously. Screen time has proved to be one of the most interactive ways of learning for children.
(1) Develop a strategy to enhance a high degree of collective efficacy among the new teachers and indifferents. What mastery experiences are needed, and how will you get them for your teachers? What kinds of models or other vicarious experiences should your teachers have, and where will they get them? What kind of activities will be useful to persuade teachers that they can improve the proficiency of their students? What kind of affective state is needed in your school to develop the collective efficacy that you need?
Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP)? Illustrate how DAP is child-centered? “Developmentally Appropriate Practice, often shortened to DAP, is an approach to teaching grounded in the research on how young children develop and learn and in what is known about effective early education. Its framework is designed to promote young children’s optimal learning and development.” (National Association for the Education of Young Children, 2009) DAP is a tool that guides teachers in making good decisions for the children, both as individuals and as part of a group, based on their understanding of the child’s development and learning as well as in setting learning goals that are both challenging and realisable for the children.
In this assignment, I will be writing on how to apply the principles of pedagogy in my area of specialism. Effective teacher uses diverse teaching strategies and universal approaches that suit situations, different strategies in different grouping of learners to improve learning outcomes, There are different teaching styles that suit different learners backgrounds and ability. Teachers are ldentified in their profession as ‘learning specialist’ , and there are five principles of good pedagogy which are Motivation, Exposition, Direction of activity and Inviting imitation. Andragogy is the best approach for effective delivery and pedagogy, both approaches must be used to ensure effective delivery. The principle is the idea of the curriculum and requirement of my subject area, I adopted pedagogy and andragogy that learners will understand The word motivation preceeds teaching at all times the teacher is preparing for delivery of effective and engaging instructional process.
Different teachers tend to react to their students in different ways, and their reactions produce different results. Dreikurs identifies three tyes of teachers: autocratic, permissive, and democratic (Charles, 1992). 1. Teachers attempt to ascertain students' motives. 2.
Through this activity, the teachers assure that the learners are able to participate fully in the curriculum. As the supports given by the teacher the learners allow them to transfer their skills and knowledge to
The motivational psychology researchers discovered several useful approaches and practices that can be implemented in the classroom for effective learning to take place (Miller, 2012). Teachers are using differentiation to support teaching and learning. Differentiation can vary in pace, activities, resources, teaching and learning styles in an attempt to best meet the needs of individual student. Various teaching strategies such as cooperative learning, active learning, role play and games and pedagogic tools are being integrated in educational theories in meaningful and useful ways to encourage task or learning achievements.
I believe as teachers of English language we first get our understanding of the English teaching methods and techniques that would later affect our decisions about teaching our own students long before than official academic training begins. In fact, I, as a non-native speaker of English language, have spent at least twelve years learning it, which also means twelve years observing my teachers’ methods and strategies. Therefore, I would first like to describe my experience as a learner of English, then proceed with describing my personal teaching experience and conclude with a reflection on how these influences shaped my beliefs about language and language learning. Traditionally, teacher in Russia is regarded as an authority figure, and learners tend to rely on them to a large extent, therefore approaches that Russian professors adopt are mostly
Although the lesson plan’s primary objective is to improve the overall quality of teaching to benefit students, this also improves teacher motivation and development. This is achieved through using the lesson plan as a permanent record of lessons taught. In the case where the lesson has been
