I’ve been the type of person that likes to be involved in almost everything. I like to help people maybe sometimes way too much. I’ve been Ellos Club President, Club Ed president, Class President, Puma secretary, FOG Vice President and secretary. I’ve also been Senior squad Leader of Avenal Police Department Explorers. All this roles for me have made a difference in my life. I am thankful for being able to experience each other them. I became Senior squad leader of Avenal Police Explorers for my hard work and dedication. I earn this position by working hard every time there was a meeting. By showing up and being on time and helping my teammates. Officer Carr seen the strength in me he would see me every time working hard. I had a purpose and it wasn’t being the best I can. I knew the right path to get to law enforcement. I still had a plan B and also C. The reason why is because life can change at any moment. I was ready to for the change. I was in charge of my team anything they need I would provided it or help them out. When it came to assign people for ride longs myself as well. I would get it done this promotion made me more responsible not only for myself, but for others. I knew other people depend on me and if I failed any duty everyone else did to.
