While our companies have enjoyed a good working relationship in the past, the quality of service provided by Midwest Sparkleen no longer meets the standards we require. As you and I have discussed twice over the last three months, my staff has been forced to call your company as a reminder to complete what has always been routine tasks, such as cleaning up spills, on at least six occasions. The Midwest staff has left toxic cleaning chemicals in public places, putting our associates and customers at potential risk. Last night, your cleaning crew did not lock our lobby door per proper protocol, leaving our office unlocked all night.
