Horses Types Stock type: Mainly used for ranch work. Stock horses usually are really muscular. Especialy in the shoulders, forearms, and hindquarters. Hunter type: Are usually used in sports. Such as, dressage, eventing, show jumping, competition driving, and fox hunting. Hunter types do not have a muscular build, but long somooth mucles. Saddle type: They are mostley used fo pleasure ridind and showing. They tend to be more refined with lighter bones and mucleing. Draft horses: Mainly used in parades, pulling contests, as carridge horses, and even sometimes used on farms. Draft horses tend to be very heavy set. Przewalski Przewalski 's horses are very endangered. In 2000 they were extinct in the wild. But later, they were succesfuly reintroduced. Some couses of them being very endangerd would be, hunting, harsh climate, loss of habitat (grasslands), and lack of water. They are herbivors, which is the main reason why they live in the grasslands. Their scientific name is Equus Caballus Przewalskii. There height is around 4 feet, and their weight is around 440-750lb. Reading this book, I was reminded of the life lessons I have learned growing up around horses and how much in common there is with the high-ends and people such as myself. Growing up, handling equine was just common knowledge for everyone, and because of that I’ve learned that there needs to be a bond and some trust between the rider and horse.

By using first person point of view, the authors of The Georges and the Jewels and Black Beauty: The Autobiography of a Horse quite effectively develop each character. For example, if the reader did not know that the bit tasted bad and the straps were uncomfortable, he/she may assume that the bit was made for a custom fit for the horse and the mouthpiece tasted like strawberries. It wasn’t until 1493 when the Horse was finally re introduced. On Columbus’ second voyage to the Americas, Spanish horses were brought back to North America, first in the Virgin Islands, then in 1519, they were reintroduced to North America, in modern‐day Mexico. From there they then radiated throughout the American Great Plains.

What some people do not understand that these horses are loved so much. It doesn’t matter whether it is a barrel horse of rope horse. After they work, we pet them, give them treats, let them relax, and sometimes they get a massage or ice on their legs. So, instead of wasting the money the horse has earned the cheapest way is to send them off to wherever they want. Which, is not a nice home, it is a death home. Living as an animal in the racing industry is difficult exhausting. From endless suffering and injuries, being injected and digesting illegal pills, and if you fail you are thrown out of the industry and killed for multiple usages. The life of a racehorse is not sunshine and rainbows.

The agricultural technology that was invented during the medieval ages resulted in social and economic developments which affected the lives of those living in that period.
