Cik Rozilawati binti Haji Basir, 43, a Malaysian was re-designated from Non Independent, Non-Excutive Chairman to Non Independent, Excutive Director of Nationwide Express Courier Services Berhad with effect from 2 April 2014. She has her Degree Social Sciences majoring in Law in University of Hertfordshire, UK and Masters in Business Administration in International Business in University of Bristol, UK. She joined Natiowide Express Courier Services Berhad as a Director on 1 September 2000. Cik Rozilawati has wide experience in the areas of corporate strategy, marketing, development of new businesses and entrepreneurship both locally and overseas. Cik Rozilawati is also a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Kumpulan Fima Berhad and serves as Director of several private limited companies in Malaysia and Singapore. Dato’ Adnan bin Shamsuddin, 67, a Malaysian was appointed to the Board on 7th July 2004 and Chairman of the Board since 20th August 2004 till 31st March 2010.
