The first of my short-term goals is to graduate high school as a participant in the National Honor Society. The National Honor Society is a program high school students apply for and if they are accepted, gain multiple benefits from. Accepted students must have have high GPAs, multiple hours of community service, be considered strong leaders within their community and by their peers, and be of good character. It is my goal to become a member of this program because not only does it help with college applications, but it also challenges me to improve my strengths and weaknesses.
