Narrative Essay On One Day Before College

Once upon a time, there lived a girl named Ashella. She lived with her father, stepmother, and her two stepsisters. Her stepmother, Breanna, and her stepsisters, Bella and Belle treated her awfully. Her father couldn’t do anything about it because he was always at work. He works exploring Paris, which is where they lived. Every day after her father left for work, Breanna, Belle, and Bella came in. They forced her to cook, clean, and work for them. She was treated like a slave. She always dreamed of a better life, she never thought it would actually happen.

One day, four invitations came in the mail. They were made in the most beautiful golden, shiny paper. In silver writing at the top were the words, “You are invited to Prince Jake’s Christmas Ball!” Ashella walked in and saw them opening them. She asked, “Oh my! Are those invitations?” Bella said, “Why yes, they are!” Ashella replied, “One for me too!”

She replied, “I am going to the ball.”
Breanna replied, “You shall not go to the ball!” and she ripped the sleeve on Ashella’s dress. Ashella ran to the porch and cried. A beautiful butterfly with pink colored wings flew over. In a flutter of her wings the ripped pink and purple dress was changed into a beautifully sparkling golden dress. On her feet where beautiful gold heels they were lined with silver. Then, the butterfly flapped her wings again and a . The butterfly said as it fluttered away, “Be back by midnight or else!”
Once she arrived at the castle garden, all eyes turned to the beautiful, mysterious, and shy girl. White powdery snow covered the ground in sheets. The party was lit up it white Christmas lights.
