There are many problems will be encountered during the construction stage of the building structural. Foundation is one of the problems that we will be faced.
Foundation is the element of a structure which connects it to the ground, and transfers loads from the structure to the ground. The failure of a foundation can be included of cracked foundation and uneven foundation settlement.
A cracked foundation is a sign that the building has a serious structural problem. Ignoring the problem or attempting a quick-fix solution can lead to costly or even tragic consequences. Foundation cracks often start from small and continue to grow. As the cracks continue to grow, water damage is likely to occur if the problems are unsolved .

2.0) Health and Safety On The Site
2.1) Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994
This act is to promote and encourage occupational safety and health awareness among workers and to create organization along with effective safety and health measures. The purpose of this act is to secure the safety, health and welfare of persons at work against risks. Thus, this act can protect the workers who work on the construction site against the various type of risk.

2.2) Hazard
Construction is a high hazard industry that comprises a wide range of activities involving construction, alteration, and repair. Every year more working days are lost due to work-related illness compared to injuries. Examples include residential construction, bridge erection, roadway paving, excavations, demolitions, and large scale painting jobs. Construction workers engage in many activities that may expose them to serious hazards, such as falling from rooftops, unguarded machinery, being struck by heavy construction equipment, electrocutions, silica dust, and asbestos.

It is a new method of controlling safety policies, procedures and practices within a company. However many companies will ignore the safety management to limit their liabilities and cost. This is because they want become more competitive in the construction market. The principles of the safety management are simple in the concept. Safety management is a dynamic process in a constant stage of change, so the process must be constantly monitored and adjusted to achieve the goal.
3.0) Other problems that will be encountered in construction site:
3.1) Problem of Communication
Language issue is one of the problems that always happened in the construction site in Malaysia. Most of the worker in the site of construction is Indonesian and non-Indonesian. Indonesian does not have the language problem. They can use Malay language to communicate. However, the non-Indonesia worker do not really understand Malay and English language, so they are hard to comprehend the safety rules, work order and the other safety warning sign. In every concerned parties of the construction, this issue cannot be taken lightly. This can cause the accident occur to the foreign worker. As the result, the productivity of the construction will slow down because there are not enough workers to complete the project.
