We live in world with a lot of problems. Poverty is one, and it occurs throughout the whole world. There are billions of people struggling to live because of this problem. A lot of countries are helping to solve this problem. So are the organizations around the world. They give and donate but we see no change in some countries. Africa is one of the places that are really struggling to solve this problem. Up to this date, one trillion US dollars are donated to the Africa government but up until this point, we don’t see much change in Africa. How could this happen? Where did all the money go? These are the questions that people ask.
Well, corruption from the government is one thing. Dependency from the AID is another issue that is stopping the African countries to be free from poverty. In this case, the government corruption is one of the biggest problems for the African countries to be free from the poverty cycle. One of the victim from poverty is Ethiopia. So far, as we all can see, the country Ethiopia is one of the poorest country in Africa and until this day, we haven’t seen much change for the poor people in that country. money is given …show more content…

I agree with that statement because up to this date, 1 trillion US dollars are given to those African countries and we haven’t seen much change in the African countries. We can see for example, the country of Ethiopia. Ethiopia is one of Africa’s poorest country, and a lot of AID is collected and given to Ethiopia and we haven’t seen much change in them. this is caused by the factors that I have mentioned before; the corruption in the country, the economical state of the country, the government of the country, and also the environment or the culture of the country. Because of those factors, giving AID for African countries are not effective and it doesn’t help to break the poverty
