In spite of the fact that I have possessed the capacity to play for some incredible mentors, been around the diversion since I can recall and have possessed the capacity to peruse about the numerous great coaches I realise that there is still much to learn. I think the best coaches are the individuals who don't protest always learn. The way the amusement is played and the children, you training will always be changing and have the capacity to create, will be urgent. In general, I think winning is essential, that is the reason one should play the diversion, however I know it is second in significance as a mentor. The connections you make with your players and the experience you can show them about existence will accomplish to a greater extent a legacy as any title flag ever
Being in top condition is a prerequisite to playing this sport professionally. There must be a determination to consistently press forward towards peak conditioning. In addition to getting in shape, you will need time on the court to develop, practice and improve your racquetball skills. Moreover, you will need a coach to train, teach and push you in the right direction.
Equipment is important too. Not having equipment is like not having anything to do cause you need to be safe and you need stuff to hit, catch and play the game. For example some of the stuff you need is a ball so you can play. A coach so you know what you 're doing also players so the game can go on and you are actually playing someone. Another thing is catcher 's equipment so the catcher does not get hurt with the ball.
The only two outcomes of adversity are, beating it, or letting it beat you (Edgar). You cannot blame the uncontrollable factors that happen in sports, but the greatest athletes create a game plan to guide them through these problems (Jessicaa). Athletes must understand that the obstacles in front of them can be conquered. When they are faced with a challenge they need to have more in the tank and can grind it out. When athletes jump over these walls, it will serve as a catalyst for growth and potentiate future success in a way that will undoubtedly help themself of the team (Favero).
If a coach's philosophy behind playing competitive sports is to win, then he must put the best team on the field. Returning starters are usually considered first, but they still need to prove themselves every season. With that in mind, coaches need to evaluate everyone and not just a select few, otherwise it potentially destroys the idea of playing the best. Whereas without entitlement, athletes have to prove themselves to the team. Not having entitlement in sports allows everyone an equal chance at earning a starting position.
People will remember me based on how those situations shaped me and built my character. After watching the Imitation Game and through my experience with basketball, I feel like it is important to take on difficult tasks even if they don't reach their goal or make it to the end. They should learn to be flexible and make a new more realistic goal their previous one fails. Through the process they get to see where their weaknesses and strengths are that help form them into the people they become. Alan is a prime example of altering their expectations because when he did, he could think out of the box and crack the code of Enigma.
Teamwork is something every coach wants to see on the court or on the field. Working as a team gives me such an adrenaline rush. Going out and getting the ball down the court and making a basket or playing defense so well the other team doesn’t know what to do is how I know that we are using teamwork. Teamwork is one of the biggest advocates to being a great team and for it to work, I definitely have to work hard.
A coach’s biggest job is to teach kids to play team sports. As a Head coach you never ever want to lose the trust and faith of your players. If the players don’t believe you will lead them to victory then they won’t want to play for you. Another huge responsibility as a head coach is teaching your players to do
I believe that it is important to develop your own coaching philosophy because then you have a system in place that you believe in. In order to have your players or the people that are learning from you to personally believe in you in my own opinion it has to be something that you created, even if you grab bits and pieces from other coaches as long as it isn’t completely stealing another ones philosophy. I don’t believe it would even be possible to develop your own philosophy without gathering information from others the way i look at it is the more knowledge you gain from multiple people and mold that creativity into your own the better it will be. Example you learn a lot from coach A,B, and C you take everything you learned from all of them
If you find that you are guilty of making the excuses listed above, one too many times it’s time to make a change. Tell yourself that for your next scheduled session you will give it your all, putting out 100 or even 150 percent. Don’t just say this, you should ensure that when the time comes around you actual put on your best performance, leaving no holds
(Enharmonic scales are scales that sound the same but are written differently, such as C-sharp and D-flat.) Players should attempt to play all of their scales from memory as quickly as possible. One person should be responsible for timing the players and keeping track of the times. Keeping a record of the best overall time is a great way to motivate players to improve. Individuals may play this game to attempt to beat their own records.
I started to play golf when I was 7 years old first I have to learn the rule and protocol, this is my first class then I started to learn how to hit the ball, and change the golf posture.3 years later I join the match, it is my first match and I got a good score. And after this match I understand what is golf match and I have to use a mentality, just think if my score better than last time then I win. I like golf because I learn a lots in it, such as be a honest person and have patience.
