What is advertising ?
Let me start by giving you a brief idea about advertising, advertising is used to promote, or sell a product or service, it can be done through any medium, for instance, newspapers, magazines, direct mail, wall painting, billboards, street furniture components, printed flyers, rack cards, radio, cinema, and television ads.
A successful advertising campaign informs customers and consumers about the product or service, by attracting them and eventually generating sales and making profit. A company can be encouraging their customers to buy more or even new customers as well, whether the company is improving their product or service, or introducing a new one, there are many forms or advertising to choose from them. Depending on what type of product or service a company needs to advertise for will depend as well on the type of customer or consumers that company is trying to reach. From …show more content…

Radio advertisements are broadcast as radio to a receiving device. Airtime is purchased from a station or network in exchange for airing the commercials.

Radio advertisement is one of the effective ways to spread the word to the target audience, of course that will depend on the audiences your seeking since people tend to listen to certain radio channel whether it’s a music radio channel news etc.
Keep in mind, some people find it hard to keep track of what’s being said in the radio or even lose focus sometimes or even forget what they heard. Thus losing the impact that you were seeking, to overcome this flaw you’re obligated to echo your advertisement by broadcasting it frequently which will be costly if you can’t afford that then this type of advertising isn’t suitable for you since it won’t give you the results your seeking.
