1. Professional teachers
Professional teachers in neighborhood educational environtment is vital, because professional teachers also determine success or fail in an education. Professional means a process of change in individual or group, or any combination there of toward specific professional abilities.
Etymologically, the profession is derived from the English term or latin profecus meaning acknowledge, acknowledgement, stating unable or experts in specific areas of work. Phsycological requirements are spiritually healthy the intention was not impaired mental disorders or neurological desiase, which is not possible to run a good job, but it is also expected to have a talent and interest in teacher training.
c. Mental requirement, which have a good mental attitude towards the teaching profession, love and serve his dedication to the task, mentally Pancasila, and being democratic life in accordance with the basic formulation and educational purpose as stated in the basic education law.
