I interviewed a person who is very nice and love to play with children. She is my cousin Tina Mei and she is a teacher. I chose her to do my professional interview assignment because I want to know how she teach students and how she got the job. I knew she was working at school for many years and she has many experience of teaching students. Tina was graduated from Eastern Illinois University. When she was in university, her major is elementary education and psychology. She wants to work with children and be a school psychologist. When Ms. Mei was in college, she worked as an intern an elementary school with students. I met her at 3:30 p.m., October 28, 2015 at her classroom to do this interview. Tina loves her job and students in her school. In the beginning of her job, she was challenges of learning how to ropes and different programs. Tina applied for the job before graduation and Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes offered her a position. …show more content…
I want to be like her to do intern during college and then apply for a teaching job before I finish college. Both of us love children very much too because children are very cute and honest and children like to share everything they know. I agree with Ms. Mei that as a teacher has to be friendlier with the student because it is easy to help students. Furthermore, I grant with Ms. Mei that teachers should remember each of student’s behavior when student dislikes or action different from normal then the teacher can help him/her. When teaching one-on-one is different with a group of students because one-on-one you only force on one student, but in the group you need to look at many students at the same time. A group of students is hard to teach, but it will be a lot of fun and students can share ideas and learn together. I think I like to teach a group of students because I can do active games, sing songs, and learning word

My journey began when The Deron School hired me as a paraprofessional. I learned so much about myself in a classroom setting of diverse learners. First, my strong qualities, such as patience, flexibility to change, and positivity, were simply demonstrated for this position. I have witnessed staff members resign due to stress from unpredictable circumstances. However, I can simply understand the rough days which strengthens my performance to find a solution.

Anthony Elementary Principal Linda Perez has a “no excuse attitude for her students and staff.” As principal she applied and received the first National Blue Ribbon in the area of Southern New Mexico. This achievement sets Ms.Perez as a go-getter, as will see with her many other accomplishments. Born in 1968 and raised in southside-central El Paso, Texas, Ms.Perez grew up in an economically disadvantaged household. Her dad worked as a laborer earning less than minimum wage, and her mom was a stay-at-home mom.

The teacher reacts with the children to keep them interested and moving. Some of the time the children just likes to sit in the teacher 's lap and not get involved with the other children. One day, Mrs. Lauren sat on the rug during sensory play and two of the children wanted to sit in her lap while the other children wanted to play. Sometimes the children seem to get out of control. Mrs. Lauren always makes sure that she handles the children with love and care.
An interview protocol was established to allow comparisons throughout the cases that could reveal the IF characteristics to be further discussed and the adequate categories to contain them. In my lesson, as my focus was on pupil M, I wanted the groups to focus both on their academic work, but also their ability to work and communicate as groups. This will be something I will consider for the next cooperative learning activity I plan and implement, fully
Anyone wanting to be a successful educator must have an incredible passion for the kids they serve. Resultantly, successful teachers want to constantly improve their knowledge and abilities in order to become their best. That is what kids deserve. For me to grow, develop, and become an excellent Teaching Fellow, I need to learn different teaching styles to benefit individual needs, hold myself accountable for student learning, and understanding how to cultivate classroom community . It is first necessary that I better understand ways of teaching that can benefit different students individually.
It is obvious that her goal is to better her students, and that she truly cares for all of them. When I first entered high school, I felt immediately at home in her classroom. As an English minded person myself,
My experience working with children has given me a clear understanding of how certain connections exist between being a teacher-like figure and how I can apply those acquired skills in a given school or community setting. For starters, my time working with the children was a humble experience in which I was presented opportunities to skillfully cultivate my attributes to mimic those of an educator and make a positive difference in a child’s life. Let it be through teaching them how to read or supervising them when they play, it was evident that I was capable in polishing my set of skills to understand the impact of the learning process and its never ending cycle. Foremost, having spent so much time with kids and understanding certain aspects
Throughout my training, I implemented various strategies for engaging students in small groups and rigorous lessons. My role as a teacher is to communicate effectively, be respectful, and have self-worth and confidence. I did fear making wrong choices throughout this field experience. I set high expectations the students to achieve high goals. Teaching to me opened doors to many students’ lives.
