The main risk this project would have to be scheduling. Since the project has exactly the required resources it would be important to make sure that before completing the planning process the project team must make sure that their schedule are planned in order to complete the project in time. Since, even a small scheduling mistake would cause the project to be delayed which could increase the project’s budget. In order to prevent this risk the project’s team planning process should finalize every single detail of the project before starting the development stage so that the development process is allowed certain flexibility. There are some number of positive risks associated with this project. The major risk would be about the development of a new design for the civil engineering software. This process would most likely to occur during the software development process because, sometimes the current working design may not be that user-friendly, which could be only found out after a certain time into the developmental process or sometimes during the beta testing process.
