1.1 Differences between project management and programme management.
• Project management
Project management is the use of knowledge, abilities, equipment, and techniques to project activities in order to meet project requirements (Project Management Institute, 2008).
Regarding to the scenario, Mr. Theo Wills will be the project manager for GymPro System project, he will be responsible to make use of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to manage his team, so they can meet the entire requirements for a successful project.
• Programme management

• How is project general related to business strategy?
Projects are becoming the way most organisations should manage changes, is a strategic management tool that many organisations wishes employees and managers to have (BUTTRICK , 2009).
Project is general related to business in the simple reason that the right project selection helps achieve business objectives by raising benefits that supports the organisation’s strategy (BUTTRICK , 2009).
And according to (BUTTRICK , 2009)we can find two key roles associated with projects: o Project Sponsor: wants the benefits of the project. o Project Manager: manages the project on daily basis.

Schedule delay means that some members of the team will have to work more hours and they have to be paid for this extra time, and this is one of the factors that will increase the cost of the entire system.
2.5 How this cost issue in the GymPro System Project could lead to project termination.
GymPro and IT-First had agreed on overall cost for the project, but for some circumstances will be an increase on the cost. GymPro may not be able to pay and decide to terminate the project. According to (BUTTRICK , 2009) finance is one of the aspects that can lead to a project termination.
According to (BUTTRICK , 2009) the approach that Mr Theo Willis (the project manager) should take if the decision is made to terminate the GymPro System Project is to perform a formal closure, by writing a closure report, highlighting reasons in a clear way for who needs to know that the project is finished. This will bring opportunities to learn and improve the processes and working of the company (BUTTRICK , 2009).
