1. Introduction

The Huntley Ltd. is a company who offer food service equipment in London; they are committed to producing and selling dinnerware, tableware, glassware, flatware and so on. The company has a manufacture plant in Guangzhou, China. Hotel J. London send an order to The Huntley Ltd, they want to have all kinds of tableware for their Opening ceremony on the 30th of July. So for the project, Hotel J. London need received the products from manufacture plant in Guangzhou, China. The project need manage the whole process before 30th June, and ensure Hotel J can receive products on time.

For the project, it is a success, because Huntley Led finish the project on time, and get profits from it. There are three key factors contributing the success: firstly, has a time management plan for production and transport. Secondly, have a planning and project manager. Thirdly, have the funds and arrange the funds reasonably. But for this project, Huntley Led should improve the project success. Firstly, they should consider more transportation method when start planning. Secondly, they should check their items more carefully to avoid mistakes. Then Fully considering the uncertain situation,have Back-up Plan all the time. Last is not least, for improve the project success, it means everything should be better, and analysis different situation. So risk management is very important. For avoiding time and budget overrun, risk management can provide much helpful and achieve to improve project success and get better outcomes (Raz, Tzvi, 2002). For the project, Huntley Led should full considering risk and how to avoid it, give precautionary measure. If Huntley Led can do it, they can improve the project success and do it
