Introduction
Proliferation of robots can be defined as the rapid increase in number of robots. Based on the Oxford Dictionary, robots can be define as a machine that can perform a complicated series of tasks automatically and also a machine that is made to look like a human that can do some things that human do. There are numerous kinds of robots that have been invented in this world. This included the machine in the factory and medical machine in the hospital not only the human like robots. It is called robots as long as it can perform complicated tasks.
Nowadays, youngsters are encourages to invent robots that can perform various tasks. The robotics courses are offered in the university to interest youngsters, these marks on how important

There are many examples and experiments created by using robots. Firstly, there are experiments conducted on purpose to explore and demonstrate the utility of an interactive service robot in a smart home environment, and for the purpose to improve the quality of human life (Limbu, Tan, & Por, 2010).
The experiment shows how the FusionBot receives order from the customer, grabbing the cup and moves towards the coffee machine, communicate with the machine and dispensing the coffee and finally bring the cup to the customers. This experiment receives different response from respondent, 68 valid responses were receives out of 100 survey questionnaires. More than half of the respondents were satisfied with FusionBot services, nearly one quarter feel that its hard to communicate with the robot and the remaining respondents indicated that it is not easy to learn on how to use the robot (Limbu et al., 2010). The video of this experiment occurred during the TechFest 2008 event. Other than to improve the quality of human life, robots are also invented for the purpose of search and rescue

These robots have been participated in various disaster events like World Trade Center after the September 11 attack, Sago Mine Disaster and in conflict zones as well as natural disasters like hurricane Katrina and the La Conchita Mudslide (Ventura & Lima, 2012).
Other than that, there are also examples of delivery mobile robots name i-Merc. i-Merc are developed with the aim of increasing the quality of the meals transportation service inside the hospitals and health care centers (Carreira, Canas, Silva, & Cardeira, 2006). The robot is equipped with a heating system in the meal compartment which ensure the meal temperature and to prevent bacterlologic proliferation. The i-Merc also integrates a personalized diet information system where information’s regarding patient’s diet can be accessed by the service personnel (Carreira et al.,
There was a person hiking a mountain trail in a national park. The man was weighted down with luggage, so he had to make frequent stops on the mountain. The next time he went hiking, he brought his RedBot® Roamer, so all he had to carry was a remote. The Roamer will carry all heavy and light items. A Redbot®, is a robot that a person can code to do various actions.
The farming industry is all about sustainability and production. Farmers provides care to plants and making sure they receive the right amount of care in hopes that they will cultivate enough product that can be distributed around the world. The agricultural revolution which took place between 1860 and 1910 help push the industry forward by providing ways with technology to increase the rate of production by evolving from hand labor to machine labor. The goal of this research is to help push robotics into agriculture. With autonomous robots it will provide a way maintain order and consistency.
Rodney Copperbottom is a brilliant, unnoticed inventor and robot living in Rivet Town. Rodney is fascinated by his idol, the famous inventor Big Weld. From the time Rodney developed his first invention, his own helper robot called the Wonder Bot, he has been captivated by helping his community and fixing the world. After his Wonder Bot breaks his father’s dishes at the restaurant he works at and puts his father in debt, Rodney and his father’s relationship is impaired. After this accident Rodney chooses to head to Robot City with his Wonder Bot to make his entire inventor dreams come true.
Evolutionary psychology is a theoretical approach to psychology. This allows it to explain the mental and psychological traits of psychology. These traits include; memory, perception or language. In the novel The Robot’ s Rebellion Finding a Meaning in the Age of Darwin, by Keith E. Stanovich explores interesting theories about evolutionary psychology, one being the way evolutionary psychology helps us understand the human mind and how that differs from an animal’s mind. Throughout this essay, we will be exploring the human mind with the use of different lecture topics from the course Mysteries of the Mind taught by Dr. Jim Davis.
The field of robotics goes beyond that as it overlaps with electronics, computer science, artificial intelligence, mechatronics, nanotechnology and bioengineering. The world of robotics automation is growing with robotics and technology being some of the fastest growing industries in the world--accounting for trillions of dollars in revenue. Dante Chinni claims that, “Apple, meanwhile, is more valuable than any [other company], and at roughly $900 billion is the most valuable public company in the history of the world.” However, robotics and technology are not only implemented in the workforce but in the education system as well. Patrick lin makes the reader think and analyze the possible outcome of the robotic industry. As stated in the essay “With the new development of robotics, it almost makes you do some soul searching on what really makes us human.” His humorous idea about robots overthrowing the world is funny, but, when you think about in a real standpoint and how technology is being made to have a mind of its own, it’s not a far-fetched
Furthermore, robots become more powerful and necessary in human’s lives. In the story of “The Evitable Conflict”, Asimov shows the readers that robots and humans can live together safely and at the same moment make the readers ask about human’s freedom and destiny because this story gives a big picture to think about robots controlling everything in human’s life. In conclusion, over the past 50 years, we have considered robots and technology to be an external influence, and we have used it as cars, computers, and cell phones, but there has been a remarkable shift in the past ten years.
The author's purpose in writing “Robot Invasion” was to represent the effectiveness and relevance of robots in today’s society. The author is able to persuade the reader that robots are beneficial to society by stating statements such as “the robots will be able to unleash a productive boom”. This statement from the author really exemplifies the positive impact that robots have on our everyday lives by making our everyday tasks easier and having robots be the productive
The project is designed to explore new ways in which you can interact with robots and computers. "There is definitely a desire for more natural kinds of communications with computational systems as they grow in their ability to be intelligent," Ben Grosser, an assistant professor
The Future of Automation in Forensic Pathology Have you ever thought about your career being replaced by robots? No one wants to consider their careers being replaced by the machines, but, it could happen a lot sooner than anyone expected. While the possibility of automated jobs has become a reality for some career fields, there are many fields that have a very low chance of becoming automated, and the forensic field is one such field. Automation could potentially increase productivity, effectiveness, and just the overall progress of the career.
Due to automation and robotics, around five million jobs exist with 300,000 people estimated to already be employed in industrial robotics.
Isaac Asimov’s Reason, shows us how the field of robotics is still a working-progress, Philip K. Dick’s Second Variety introduces the idea of superior, conscious machines who were created by advanced technology, and Kenneth Chang’s “Can Robots Become Conscious?” shares different views on the advancement of machines and robots. I believe machines and robots are not glorified adding-up machines and I think it is possible that they will become capable of original thought the more we advance in the field of robotics. Similar to the iPhone updates, new technology and new studies could lead to intelligent, conscious machines. Technology has come a long way, with the introduction of the Siri of the iPhone, Window 10 2-in-1 computers, flying military drones, and many more.
Many of these tools are coming in the form of robots or machines with robotic parts. The exact prototype of Baymax has not been replicated, but there are multiple types of robots with different abilities that have been integrated into some healthcare settings. Communication is a key component in the progression of healthcare. Technology has taken communication to new levels by introducing aspects of virtual reality to healthcare.
A world of robots working in factories, markets, schools, companies, and limited amount of work space for humans that’s what is going on. The things we saw in movies and what we were dreaming is all becoming reality. Recently, technology has been improving in a very rapid pace. Technology, such as smart phones, tablets, and television, made our lives easier and more convenient. Now people can click a button and deliver food or items they want anywhere.
As technology and robotics progress, people continue to debate how jobs and careers could be affected. Robotic replacement might not have a negative effect , especially since it has helped our development to be able to survive. The process of the robotic development started in the industrial age. The industrial age is known for “a period in which fundamental changes
