The Life of Muhammad Islam’s prophet, Muhammad, lived a very interesting life. His early life was filled with many changes that would be hard for any kid. With the beginning of his new religion, he faced many hardships. His religion continued with new communities and followers. He died the second most important figure of his religion. HIs life was unlike any other.
The early life of Muhammad was filled with privations, but it got better as it went on. Muhammad’s life began in 570 C.E., around April 22. He was born in Mecca, into a very wealthy and prospering tribe, Quraysh. Abdullah ibn Abdul-Muttalib, Muhammad’s father, and Aminah bint Wahb, his mother, were both very important people in the tribe. At the age of six, Muhammad was orphaned and left with his grandfather, and later, his uncle. His father died of an illness before Muhammad was even born, and his mother died, also of an illness, in around 576 …show more content…

The first Islamic community originated in Medina. Muhammad inspired the people of Medina to devote themselves to Allah, the Islamic god. They all stayed away from violence, for, in the opinions of Muslims, violence did not solve anything. Though this community was under Muhammad’s leadership, he did not move there right away. He had a vision which lead him to believe that if he left Mecca and went to Medina, his people would be threatened or in some sort of danger. After a lot of thought, Muhammad decides to move to Medina and live with his people. There were many dangers that posed as a threat to Muhammad in Mecca, so he had no other option but to leave. His wife and uncle were both sentenced to death and after that, he didn’t have anything left there. Muhammad’s life in Medina was filled with burdens of responsibility. There were wars between Mecca and Medina, but eventually the Muslims were accepted by them. Islam found a way to spread even when people did not believe in it, showing Muhammad’s hard
