I personally don 't think Bring Your Dog to Work program would be a good idea. First off, there are many people who love dogs and would love to be around them, but the world is also full of people that don 't like dogs and would rather not be around them while they are working. Not everyone wants to be around dogs when they are trying to work, it could be very distracting to a lot of people and could cause production to drop. Also, there are many people that are allergic to dogs. If you have all these dogs laying around in the work area the people that are allergic would have a hard time working around them. Which could result in more call ins, more people quitting, costing the company money because they are losing people. Etc.
