7. Chocolates Chocolates are a very indulgent food and are often thought to contain lots of sugar and fat, giving them a reputation of being unhealthy. They are also said to cause various problems including heartburn, migraines, insomnia, and more commonly, pimple outbreaks, obesity, and high cholesterol levels. Although they do contain some added milk and sugar that may slightly negate their positive attributes, chocolates can offer you lots of good health benefits. In fact, they can even do the exact opposite of the problems they are said to cause. For example, chocolates have been suggested to actually fight acne outbreaks by providing the skin with better hydration.
