During my life time I encountered many amazing people. One man who I admire most and has influenced my life a great deal is my friend, Billy Selingo. Billy is twenty-seven years old and currently attending Manhattanville College to receive his master’s degree. Billy had always been a very talented hockey player, he competitively played at Holderness and Selects Academy at South Kent. Once he completed his post-grad year it was off to Manhattanville College, where he competed at the division three hockey level.
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. I would like to start off by thanking you all for making time to be here today. Like I had stated before, name is Essie J. McKinley. Mr. Johnny Cade is charged with concealed weapon, leaving the scene of a felony, and voluntary manslaughter. The reason we are here today, is to answer the question: Is Johnny Cade actually guilty?
It is not being said that Boo Radley’s actions are without justification. He had all the reason to kill Bob Ewell. However, he did commit murder, which is a crime among all other crimes. He was not attacked, the attack did not take place in his home or on his property, and he was the first aggressor on Bob Ewell. Ewell did not attack Radley.

Thereafter, Lake saw her and demanded her car’s keys. When she refused, he held the gun to Croaker’s head and she gave him the keys.
Abraham Lincoln’s assassination was unjust because he was a helper, and he was a role model; however, some believe he had too much power. There are many reasons why Abraham Lincoln’s assassination was unjust. First, it was unjust because he was a helper and he free the slaves. Also he helped out during the civil war.
Some would argue that the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln was justified because he disapproved of slavery. However, the assassination was an unconstitutional act that created more tension in the U.S. The assassination was not justified because all life is precious. Lincoln was not a tyrant and the only quarrel the assailant had with him was a difference in opinion.
Callarman’s argument is that Chris McCandless made a lot of mistakes because he was arrogant and that he had no business going into Alaska with his Romantic silliness and he says that he was just crazy. I disagree with Callarman’s argument because I think that Chris McCandless (Alexander Supertramp) was not arrogant I think that he just wanted to learn new things. I also disagree because I think that Chris did have a reason to go to Alaska or else he would not have done it even if it just to go because he likes nature, and I don’t think that he was crazy at the beginning but I agree that he did start to get crazy when he was stuck in the wild on the bus. I don’t think that Chris is arrogant I think that he is just a guy who wants to learn new things about nature and just the world in general.
I gift you all with a short response this week, your move Dylan. Bryen is essentially arguing that historians should read petitions as very pointed documents with an inherent bias. The quote, “petitions must not be read as form letters drafted mechanically and sent off to whichever official was available. They are conscious and calculated attempts to frame individual complaints in legal language, and petitioners chose the language they used with care” (155-56), just about sums up his argument. Petitions are in his eyes biased and must be read with that in mind, it is almost a sort of historical sensitivity toward Mary-Engle’s idea of “Forum Shopping.”
Is doing the right thing really as important as everyone says it is? Billy Budd takes place on a ship during wartime. The main character, Billy Budd was known as being a peacemaker and a great man. He stuttered and had trouble expressing his emotions, but he was always positive. The crew loved Billy but he would always get in trouble for the smallest things because Claggart, the Master of Arms, hated him.
