Power Being Exercised When power is exercised, it is demonstrated through the laws and other things such as judgements of crimes. It depends on the type of law that it is and how it came to be. The way to identify how each type of power is being exercised can be is legislative, judicial, or executive. Each of these branches are the influence that can determine what kind of power is being exercised.
