When we made the Articles of Confederation, we did not see all of the problems that would come with it. This New Constitution could change all of that, with this we could finally give the government the power to collect taxes, and the power to create an army. These are just two of the many things that we could do with this New Constitution. There were many weaknesses that the Articles of Confederation had that made it so that when something needed to be done, we had to have a vote that 8 of the states had to agree to. That made it so that no new ammendment were ever passed. Some of the weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation are that the government had no power to make a state do something, or enforce the law.
