Juliet mourns the fact that she can't be with her lover and will now have to marry Paris. She becomes incredibly depressed and seeks Friar Lawrence´s help.¨O, bid me leap, rather than marry Paris…chain me with roaring bears, or shut me nightly in a charnel house...¨(IV.I.76-80) This quote represents how naive and childish Juliet is being, for her tragic words will soon reflect her heartbreaking death in the Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet. Friar and Juliet come up with a devious plan to give consent to marry Paris Wednesday, then Juliet will drink a distilled liquid that will make her seem dead for forty-two hours. Greek Mythology had all kind of stories and belief back then, one of the them was the Moirai. Then there are other stories about some trying to change their fate, but in the end fail. For example the story Of Oedipus trying to defy his destiny. Before He was born, His Parents King Laius and Queen Jocasta from Thebes went to go see an Oracle. Who predicted that their son will kill Laius and marry Jocasta.
Also the only way she could be forgiven is if she dies since in the last stanza it said“White ash amid funereal cypresses.”Unless it’s sarcasm ,and won’t be forgiven because the author did use sarcasm in the line “God’s daughter, born of love”,as mother was raped by Zeus and not in love. Hilda Doolittle expressed Greece hatred towards Helen, which is different how Edgar Poe

For example, in the movie Wrath of the Titans by Jonathan Liebesman, Hades deeply hates his brothers and sisters. He almost ultimately destroys the underworld by awakening the titan Cronus, which is his daddy. Near the end, Zeus apologizes to Hades and they both fight together to help Pursues slay Cronus. There are some similarities and differences in the movie to Edith Hamilton’s Mythology: Timeless Tales of Gods and Heroes. First, Hades in the movie has a staff with two stakes and in the book he does not.

Women had no law, and had worse privileges than pigs.
