These chapters show the drive of what an individual can have. For example, Chapter 11 shows the drive of gay wanting to fix the Model T car to get to Carmel Hill. The Change of Two Brother’s Relationship Certain circumstances can change a person for the better or for the worse. Two brothers, Henry and Lyman, who has an inseparable bond in the beginning of the story were portrayed also as best friends.
stock car racing developed in the south were the moon shiners drove their souped up automobiles to get away from the cops, revenuers and deliver their shine. Today stock car racing is the largest spectator sport in America by drawing 10 million fans annually to the track. Stock car racing was born in the Southern Appalachians. True stories abound of “good old boys” transporting loads of illegal moonshine in their souped up 34 fords, trying to outrun the revenuers and police as they drove without headlights along dark, twisting dirt roads at speeds exceeding 120 miles per hour delivering their shine. The need to beat the cops and their friends in their souped up automobiles led to weekend races.
Electric cars or internal combustion engine cars; which one is better? Electric cars were in their prime back in the early 1900’s, but a sudden rise in petrol engine cars, alongside with battery technology issues killed electric cars by 1920. However, with new improvements in battery technology and power electronics, electric cars have resurfaced. I will compare these different technologies, and come to understand which one is better.
A fact for any electric vehicle is that it is dependent on the battery, which drives it, just as a petrole-um based car is dependent on its engine and fuel. The battery is, of course, what leads to the bene-fits of the electric car, like the fact that the car itself emits no CO2. But it also has some drawbacks when compared to a petroleum based car. Refuelling a petroleum based car is a simple process, simply pour petrol into the tank, it takes about ten minutes and then one can drive on. An electric car on the other hand needs to have its battery recharged with electricity, and as anyone who has ever recharged a battery at any size can attest that this is not an instant process.

Cars technology is not only used as a way of impacting our lives but also to provide a more safe and convenient environment for transportation and even as a way of making profits for various companies. With the continued advancement in the car technology, the urge to provide efficient, cheap and safer cars cannot be avoided.
Knowledge management is a process to ensure that knowledge developed through individuals and group work activities is effectively captured and made available to those who may benefit from it. An example would be to build into project plans the time for review and to identify at the outset how information, knowledge and experience will be captured, stored and shared with other individuals and/or areas of the organisation that may have an interest in the experience and knowledge gained as a result of the project. The importance and value of knowledge management has been brought into sharper focus in the current climate of financial constraint and the need to do more with
