Public transportation is a transport service that is given by the government for the use of people. There are many types of public transportations such as taxis, buses, trains and also rapid transit. Taxis are available in many places and it is easy to find hence making the life of people easier to move from one place to another. Buses, such as Rapid KL are the largest bus operator in Malaysia, mainly operate around the urban area. This bus has operated for 167 routes with more than 1400 buses covering 980 residential areas. Trains such as KTMB, LRT, ERL and Monorail are provided for people to travel in a far distance for a short period of time. For example, in KTM, people can go from Rawang to Seremban in just a few minutes time. If people wants to go for a shopping and avoid traffic jam, they can use LRT as it pass many interesting place such as KLCC and lastly, citizen can aboard the ERL as it send directly to KLIA. With all this transportation, it is fair enough to increase the fees. For example, Konsortium Transnational Buses (KTB), the country’s biggest public bus operator claimed that their company net profit had decreasing by 24% from RM 83 3000 to RM 63 3000 before September 2015 in the same period last year. A decreased of 11.4% from RM 52.6 million in which RM 46.6 million have occurred in the past year. And this has attributed to the drop of their performance in business area. But at the same time, there are some regular user of public transport stated that they also suffered losses. These thing happen because they totally rely on public transport and they do not have their own vehicle due to economic tensions. But if we look back, their loss will not be as large as the losses sustained by these public transportation companies if the price did not
