The closed loop pulsating heat pipe is made of copper capillary tube as we know; this capillary tube is filled with different fluid with different fill ratio. The filling ratio can be defined as the fraction by volume of the heat pipe, which is initially filled with the liquid. The optimal filling ratio is determined experimentally when the maximum heat transfer rate is achieved at a given temperature. This is calculating with simple way that is the total internal volume of capillary. There are many factors which affect the performance of CLPHP like filling ratio, number of turns, input heat flux, working fluid etc. In this experimentation, the number of turns used is one and the heat load is varied from 8 W to 16 W in steps of 2 W. The PHP …show more content…
The several test on the experimental setup carried out for summarizing the optimal filling ratio. The different filling ratio are used in CLPHP is from 60% to 80% in step of 10% for Acetone and
the turning operations is done until the diameter of the cylindrical object is 19mm and then, the facing for the work piece . Step turning is done in the right side end. The length of the step turning is 30mm and the diameter of it is 16mm. Tapering is done by changing the angle of the tool and its done till the next 30mm from the step turning. Chamfering is done at both ends of the work piece.

In the first part of the experiment, Part A, the standard solutions were prepared. As a whole, the experiment was conducted by four people, however, for Part A, the group was split in two to prepare the two different solutions. Calibrations curves were created for the standard solutions of both Red 40 and Blue 1. Each solution was treated with a serial 2-fold dilution to gain different concentrations of each solution.
Imagine what it's like living in a house full of drama where parents only fight about one of them not having a job and once in the situation it’s better to just find a way to escape from it all. In the novel Parrot In The Oven Mi Vida Fourteen-year-old Manuel Hernandez who’s in high school lives in Fresno with his parents who fight like theres no tomorrow about his dad not having a job. His dad Mr. Hernandez is an alcoholic who is abusive. Manny also has an older brother who they call Nardo who can’t keep one job, a younger sister who they call Pedi, and a older sister Magda who is the only one that has a stable good paying job, his mom scrubs the house as if all her problems would wash away. They lived a pretty normal life until their father
How does temperature affect the bounce of a tennis ball My science fair project is about tennis balls and temperature. I chose this topic because I am interested in how temperature affects how high a tennis ball bounces. When the ball hits the floor it expands and when it comes up then it comes back up it contrasts. My question that is going to be answered is,how does temperature affect the bounce of a tennis ball?

In the generations of the immigrant labor of a Slovak family, the Dorejacks demonstrates the tough labor in America. In the novel “Out This Furnace” a captivating, non-fiction story, Thomas Bell suggests that immigrant labor in the early days was tough and factors like labor inequality, the relationship between companies and politics, and essential money shaped immigrants freedom. In the mid-1800’s George Kracha fled his country, Austria, under the ruler of Frank Josef, because of the lack of money and employment, Kracha couldn’t sustain his wife and mother (p.3). Moreover, Kracha’s story began when he arrived in New York to White Hill, he then migrates to several other cities but still in America.
Fracking one well can take millions of gallons of water, but it 's not just water. In the water there are chemicals, helping to break down the rock. According to the article, Fracking Fury, “ the fluids consist of millions of gallons of water, chemical additives, and proppants” (2 AT). Chemicals like benzene, toluene, and ethylbenzene are shot down into a well. The author claims that, “Critics are nervous the cocktail of fluids will leak”(2.3).
The book “Out of This Furnace” by Thomas Bell is about the lives of an immigrant family in the 1980s. The first part of the book is about the story of Kracha, ours first protagonist. Kracha left behind Slovakia to come to America for more opportunities. As Kracha settled in America, he got married to Elena and had three daughters. Life in the United States was rough for the Kracha’s family, it turns out it was just as difficult as in his homeland.
A Parrot in the oven is about a young boy Manny Hernandez who wanted to be a baseball player. He worked hard all summer to buy a baseball glove. As time passed manny started changing and he wanted to be a “vato firme” he wanted to gain respect and have/make out with girls so he decided to join a gang. Leaving his dreams behind. Martinez uses action and interior monologue to show Manny as a typical teenager.
Physics of ultrasound Dr. Madhav Swaminathan, Dr. Aashish Jain Abstract: Medical practice of ultrasound is constantly expanding. It is now used for not only screening and diagnosis of various diseases, but also to enhance care in the field of anaesthesia and intensive care. Ultimately, the quality of care depends on imaging quality. Practitioners of ultrasound therefore need to understand the physics and principles behind the technology in order to create optimal images.
The United States is well known for being a melting pot of cultures, and because of this there are constantly changing trends. In the 1980s it was poofy hair and disco clothes, in the early 2000s it was long hair for guys, and in recent years it has been for guys to have short, styled hair. There is always something trendy in the United States, and in the early to mid 20th century, it was the color pink and the (pink) flamingo. Jennifer Price details this in her essay ”The Plastic Pink Flamingo”. Through her use of satirical devices, Aristotelian appeals, and persuasive techniques she shows how the country is constantly going through fazes.
The user controls the pulsation frequency $f_p$, through the motor speed $\omega_m$, and the mean pressure $p_M$, through the pressure regulator in the inlet line. The pressure amplitude $p_A$, on the other hand, depends on the facility line-cavity behavior. As shown in Fig.\ref{fig:2b}, the relative pressure amplitude $\hat{p}_A= p_A/p_M$ decreases when increasing mean pressure and the pulsation frequency, though asymptotically approaching a constant
Case Study: 1-4 Microwave Oven Summary White Appliances is household appliances manufacturers, which export their product mainly to Europe and the U.S. Previously the company is considering to expand microwave oven line to Indian market because of the economy booming and the change in the market trend. Therefore, the customer has very little knowledge about using microwave to its most potential, the company want to enter the market and need a marketing plan in order to do so.
Acids are proton donors in chemical reactions which increase the number of hydrogen ions in a solution while bases are proton acceptors in reactions which reduce the number of hydrogen ions in a solution. Therefore, an acidic solution has more hydrogen ions than a basic solution; and basic solution has more hydroxide ions than an acidic solution. Acid substances taste sour. They have a pH lower than 7 and turns blue litmus paper into red. Meanwhile, bases are slippery and taste bitter.
