Abstract
Quality system is very vital in ensuring continuity of business organizations across the world and different groups follow the principles of quality management in service delivery, design and fabrication of many products. As recognition of the efforts different organizations have put on ensuring quality in their service provision to the customers, there are many quality award organizations existing in different regions and countries. The examples to consider are the Deming prize, Australian Quality Award, Canadian Quality Award and Singapore Quality Award. Because of increase in competitiveness in products

The customers want quality products and as a result, there is need for organizations to incorporate quality in their business models. In the late1990s, many organizations established programs to recognize the various efforts by different companies in their products or service delivery.
