Quality assurance from raw materials to construction techniques. Construction analysis for the best possible approach, especially in dealing with the challenges of building something great from scratch. The key principles of project management as advanced by Max Wideman include: 1) Clear, agreed goals: A successful project should have clearly defined goals. The goals articulate the need for executing the project or what the project seeks to achieve. Having clearly defined goals ensures that project staff and other stakeholders all work towards achieving this goal. Therefore this must be made clear and agreed to by all. 2)
These articles are then classified and analyzed using the following two-dimensional scheme: (1) article orientation (conceptual, case study, empirical, analytical, simulation, and overview) and (2) article focus using the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria. The analysis of the literature presents pertinent developments in each of the seven criteria. In addition, it provides future research directions as well as a ready reference of the TQM literature. The suggestions for research should guide future developments in the TQM field and help transform it into a formal

Managing Quality Assurance in the Workplace The U.S. anticipates the health care industry will expand significantly over the next several years. This is a result of aging populations, the rise in chronic disease prevalence and technological advancements in medicine. (Conklin, 2002) Quality assurance (QA) is an organized way to make sure that products, services and processes meet consumers’ needs and expectations and it is frequently the main objective of accreditation procedures.
Goodwin and associates further states the importance of changing things for the better leading to increased quality, of which they defined it as “fitness for purpose” taking from Juran (1964). In other words this calls for continuous improvement (CI) process to be established within this organisation to provide quality management. PHCC (1996) referred to this as Total Quality Management (TQM). Terziovski et al, (1996) described TQM as a comprehensive set of processes, which engage all people in a company on process improvements requiring organizations to plan services that meet customer expectations and to increase company performance. Morgan (1994) highlighted that there is no one right way to implement TQM for all health organisation but Goodwin et al (2006) mentions that there are some elements that are to be in place to help organisation implement such.

This development was urged craftsmanship to be a practice for social purposes. Constructivism had an awesome impact on present day workmanship developments of twentieth century, affecting real patterns, for example, Bauhaus and the De Stijl developments. Its impact spread generally all through, with real effects upon structural engineering, modern and visual communication, style, fil, move, theater and to some degree music.
In construction industry, several researches have been conducted in the area of QRA using
From its definition, the quality improvement process is grounded in the following basic concepts: Identification and prioritisation of areas for improvement, based on various sources such as organization own data, research evidence, literature, national reports, reported errors and external assessment. Accurate and reliable measurement, to understand how well the systems work, identify potential areas for improvement, set measurable objectives, and monitor the effectiveness of change. Communication of results, in various ways, and to all parties, to enhance learning, adjust the changes, and engage employees in the change. Communication is also important to exchange ideas, disseminate good practices, and build on them to improve.
The Architect working on a project is not only responsible for the design but is also expected to work as a link between different parties in involved in the process, most importantly the client and others for successful outcomes and to achieve client’s satisfaction in a project. With so many factors affecting the process, Architects find it difficult to explain the nature of their professional activities and their deliverables for successful project (Bali, 2009). Also, success can be viewed in different ways whereby what one perceives as a successful project outcome may be viewed quite differently by the next. A client’s judgement of a success may often be different to the architect.
