3.0 Methodology
3.1 Research Plan
Quantitative research is a type of educational research in which the researcher asks the participants specific questions, collects, and analyses quantifiable data by using statistics and performs the inquiry in an objective manner (Nova Southeastern University, 2011). The main characteristic of quantitative research is that it explains and reveals a consequence in numeric form (Wyse, 2011). This quantitative research plan aims to study the population with the method of survey research method in this study. The study could explain and reveal a consequence in numeric form: the factors that influence college students’ loyalty to the sports brand in China. The quantitative method emphasises objective measurements,

Convenience sampling is based on the availability for the study which I selected. In addition, the questionnaire will be distributed online and through paper. For the online method, google.docs will be used. For the paper, school staff will help me to deliver the paper questionnaires to the college students in China.
3.4 Validity Measuring and Reliability Measuring
In order to explore this Quantitative research, validity and reliability test is an important part of the concept of the whole study. Therefore, the results of the research quality will be based on the correct data, which could use the validity and reliability method. Regression and t-test will be used to measure the research construction. Regression analysis could test the association between two different variables with the powerful and flexible analytical method. T-test could examine the significant the relationship between the IV and DV.
3.5 Measurement
A well-designed questionnaire could determine the instrument in this research. In this study, survey method, which can collect the relevant data in a short time, will be employed in the questionnaire. Online survey and paper will be sent to the target people to get the data. The simple questionnaire is designed to be made up of two main

So high quality products sell well and appeal to more loyal customers. During this part, I will design 5 question involving the factors of the product quality and adopt Likert scale.
3.5.6 Comfort
This independent variable could influence the customers’ purchasing power, which also could affect the loyalty to the brand. So in this part, I will design 5 questions involving the factors of comfort and adopt Likert scale.
3.6 Data Collection
In order to test hypotheses in this study, data collection is an important part, offering researchers accurate data, which could test the reliability and validity. In addition, data collection method can make data more important and have high scientific value. For this study, the purpose of data collection is to analyze the factors that influence the college students’ loyalty to sports brand in China. In this study, the data will be collected through questionnaire.
250 units of the questionnaires will be collected through the paper and online. The researchers will first check the questionnaire to decrease the sampling error. Besides that, Statistical Package of Social Science software will be used to analyze the data and
The target respondents were invited to complete the questionnaire and directed them to a brief explanation of the research. If a respondent volunteered to participate they were able to read the instructions and complete the questionnaire online from any internet-connected device. Contact details of the researcher were also provided in the initial description of the form should the respondent have any enquiry regarding the questionnaire. Data were collected on 23rd December 2015 from 8 a.m. until 8 a.am 24th December 2015. The length of time for data collection was considered ideal as it allowed a sufficient amount of time for interested respondent to participate in the study.
When examining the case of the State of California against Dr Huping Zhou, we can conclude that the HIPAA law is a meaningful law set in place to protect patients’ privacy, and any one violating this law, regardless of your position in the health care field can be persecuted, punished for violating the law, even in the absence damages evidence resulting from the violation of the law. The purpose of this post is to discuss the case of the State of California against the physician, Dr Huping Zhou. In this post, I will review the HIPAA law, the penalties for violation of the law and why I feel that Doctor Zhou was very fortunate to receve the punishments four months in prison and just $2000 in fine. As a physician, a researcher of UCLA School
Japan didn’t open to foreigners until the mid-19th century. Japan quickly realized the situation and began to modernize and westernize as fast as possible. Japan wanted to be strong enough to resist domination of western imperialists who wanted Japan for their own. Japan also wanted to become the strongest Asian country. Japan’s tactics of rapid modernization succeeded, and kept the country and government independent of foreign control.
The Chinese civilization from 100 C.E. to 600 C.E. rose as one of the major unified empires. While this society grew, there were aspects of culture and politics stayed the same but many changes also occurred. As the empire developed, family units and social classes remained stagnant. Despite these continuities, changes such as the popularity of Buddhism within society due to Indian missionaries and a shift in political rule occurred. During the time period 100 C.E. to 600 C.E. the family unit system remained intact despite the intellectual advances.
Introduction: Standardized testing is often seen as a necessity when attempting to compare how much a student has grown education-wise throughout the year. Because of the pressure placed on students to do well on these tests, students often result in being immensely stressed and worried. This stress is felt by students around the world, but some countries apply extremely high amounts of pressure. In many Asian countries, students’ futures rely fully on the results of these tests which lead to instances of students taking alternate methods to cope with the pressure they face. This leads to the concern of how students in different countries manage to handle the onslaught of pressure which is brought on by their education.
If it is understood how parental incarceration affects children, adult imprisonment of these children may be preventable in the future. It is expected to observe a change in behavior or psychological health due to the absence of one or both parents. If a change is apparent, it would be useful to know if it was due to the incarceration or other factors. Despite the reason, the goal is to discover exactly how a parental incarceration affects the child’s future and whether or not they face a heightened risk of being incarcerated. Risks for children whose parent(s) had been incarcerated includes: increased delinquency and possible incarceration if it persists, aggression, physical or sexual abuse, depression, antisocial behavior, anxiety, trust

For a long time I believed cultural assimilation plagued non-native cultures in America. Names became Americanized and people left their native languages at home. It is easy to see how anyone could feel pressure to blend and adapt. Being in a new country and having to learn new things all at once can be overwhelming. Upon reading “The Chinese in All of Us” by Richard Ramirez, I learned that the blending of cultures is not forced.
Exam 2 Extra Credit The World Affairs video covers topics about the Chinese economy from Yukon Huang’s book Debunking Myths About China’s Economy. Huang begins by explaining that Americans often possess an inaccurate opinion of China. Many believe that the United States invests too much into the Chinese economy which is leading to job loss and the degradation of our country’s image. When asked which country the world’s economic leader is, most Americans believe it is China. On the other hand, most Chinese believe it is the United States.

When is it permissible to say the word “Chinaman”? Recently Bob Beckel, a pundit and Democratic operative best known for engineering Walter Mondale’s 49-state presidential defeat in 1984, got himself in trouble for saying on Fox News that “Chinamen” have become America 's greatest threat. Critics here and abroad jumped on Beckel’s casual slur, and many found his un-apologetic apology unsatisfying. I was among them. But I had to think about it a beat longer.
Cultural Analysis of China The definition of culture is; the customary beliefs, social forms, and material traits of a racial, religious, or social group; the characteristic features of everyday existence (such as diversions or a way of life) shared by people in a place or time.
