“The Queen of Chocolate” is to bring people into the amazing world of chocolate.
2. Ethical Issues
Being of a food and beverage company, people use the products and foods offered by our company. We realize that we have a responsibility to our future customers. The ethical standard of our company will be providing healthy food and beverages. We will strive to become better and bigger. Last but not least, we were born to serve and who do we serve? The answer is everybody from the staffs to the customers and also our partners.
3. Social responsibility
Treating people with respect and preferential is our mission. We give back to the communities and environment as much as what we get. At the Queen, we provide a great work environment by educating our members and promoting personal responsibility. For instance, our training encourages the staff to keep the Queen and the surrounding areas cleanly. They are always aware about food hygiene and safety.

1. Industry Description
In food and beverage, chocolate is considered as chocolate malt beverages and chocolate confectionery with Vietnamese people. Milo, Puratos Grand-Place and Marou Faiseurs are the main players in this country. In fact, companies pay more attention to chocolate because of the increase in chocolate consumption including 7% in 2012 for chocolate confectioner (Redruello, 2013) and 19% in household for chocolate
