Rail as freight mode has gained its prestige in long distance transportation. When there are good and commodities that have to be sent to long distant areas, people are used to use the rail. This is very common in the developing countries. In addition, when it comes to the grains like rice, sugar and cotton, the rail way plays a pivotal role within the transporting industry (Parajuli, 2005).
