1. Introduction:
1.1. History:
McDonald establishment started in 1954, when Ray Kroc founded a small burger restaurant in The US in the state of California. Ray Kroc was basically an ambulance driver for Red Cross, and then he worked as a piano player and a salesman. In 1954, he bought various Multimixers. He found a small fast food place run by two brothers and he got inspired by the way they make few fast food items efficiently. So, in 1955, Kroc grabbed the opportunity and established McDonald system Inc.
Ray Kroc, provided food at McDonald of such high quality that it soon becomes famous among people. He inspired his workers to work in a mutual environment by focusing on their slogan, “in business for you, but not by yourself”.

Role of a manager:
The success of a business greatly depends on the employees. For this purpose, having a strong manger is the utmost requirement. Furthermore, when a worker leaves a company, it is usually because of the managers and similarly, when the company flourishes, it is because of the hard work of the company’s manager. (Galbraith, 1995)
While recruiting a manager, a company has to follow certain benchmarks as they are about to hire a great asset to their company. There are many roles of manager that helps a company flourish. These roles should be understood by every manager of a company for better productivity.
2.1.1. Negotiator:
When a company has to change their strategies or follow some new implementation, the manager is required to negotiate either with the company’s employees or with the third party for contracts or suppling. If the manager has good negotiation skills, he will ultimately do wonders for the company. A good manager requires to negotiate will all these parties in the most effective way. He needs to create a win-win situation and negotiate in such a way that the other party becomes convinced of the benefits, they are going to get from this
