The recruitment process in a company is going to be analyzed in this assessment. A recruitment process in a company means that the company is growing and to go on with this process they need to hire more people so any aspect in the company can be covered perfectly, and to cover that correctly and being able to find the right person the company needs time and a proper process. If you select the wrong people the company will waste money and time due to the time a company needs to hire people and to train them. In order to avoid that we cannot be in a rush and the company needs to take time. As Heathfield and Caramela said before, that is the first piece of advice for hiring the right employee. The first way to contact the possible new employee is through an email. Once the candidate answers the email and agrees with the shifts that you might have, the company and the candidate agree on a date and a time to have the first interview by phone. They do not call that an interview, they call it "have a chat and ask a few questions". However, they send the candidate two documents; one of them is called "Interview guide for candidates" and it is about the benefits and the value of the company. The second document is called "Interview preparation manual for candidates" and it is a long document where they tell you how they want an interview done, how to prepare and what to avoid. It is a great and wonderful manual to use. Once the candidate has passed the first interview they are called to have a second one in person, face to face. The company uses a file which is the same for the face to face interview, so if the candidate applies for another position in the company they ask different and more specific questions. Document number two below is the one the company uses for the interview in person. In that file it is easy to see that the company asks the appropriate questions and they have an "easy to see"
