Red Copper Pan: Product Review
The numerous advantages that are found in cooking using a red copper pan has encouraged me to put different red copper pans to the test. As an avid cook, I wanted to know if every red copper pan works the same way. Apart from the Red Copper Pans, we have also included other copper-based cook wares in order to gauge the performance of red copper pans versus its contemporaries.
I borrowed some of the copper pans I have used, while there are red copper pans that were given to me as samples. I compared all the red copper pans using these criteria: product weight, frying eggs, and cleaning up the pan afterwards. I have used the same ingredients and same cooking time to provide the same playing field.

The percent recovery of the copper was calculated using the equation, percent recovery = (the mass of the copper recovered after all the chemical reactions/the initial mass of the copper) x 100. The amount of copper that was recovered was 0.32 grams and the initial mass of the copper was 0.46 grams. Using the equation, (0.32 grams/0.46 grams) x 100 equaled 69.56%.
