The one thing we all desire in life is to love and be loved. We desire to have a special connection with another person. The kind of connection only that special person can share with us. But, where and how do we find that special connection? The answer to this question, is one I have noticed many people seem to be struggling to find.

What made be decide to write this book was that fact that I saw so many people struggling to find and have the type of loving relationship that it seemed many of us could only dream about. I thought long and hard about the subject of love and relationships, what we learn or don 't learn, and I realized that it was time to change how we look at and approach love and relationships. I looked at my own life and relationships, and the life and relationships of people around me, and decided to take what I learned and found useful, and share it. I always find it funny that the most important life lessons that many of us should have been taught, like how to truly love ourselves and others, and how to have healthy and loving relationships, no one seemed to find as important to teach us, as they did teaching us about sitting behind the wheel of a car.

No matter what kind of relationships you might have witnessed or expe-rienced finding and having a healthy and loving relationship is not an im-possibility, but having that healthy relationship first starts with not just knowing what love means to you–but with you loving you. By you loving you, you will always strive to make the right choices for you and your life.
