Courageous, a courageous leader raises difficult issues, is ready to give difficult feedback, and share unpopular opinions. Diligent, good leaders work hard. Fair, fairness is what people want. Flexible, good leader can flex.
I am one of those people who always encourage my friends or colleagues to better their lives either by changing their lifestyle or bad financial habits or up-skilling themselves, therefore I will be able to direct, coach support and delegate to the fellow followers when I implement the Situational Leadership Theory. 2. In order to do so he/she should have some qualities such as confidence where the leader would have to raise team spirit and be positive all the time to support sub-ordinates who might panic a lot. Exhibiting selflessness to the betterment of all denotes the kind of mindset that employers and businesses want in their employees; it, too, is the sort of behavior one wants to see in their peers. Character is a representation of your good moral standing and reputation with those that work with you.

If you act kind, then you will automatically inspire others to be kind to one another because kindness is contagious. People are more drawn towards people that are kind and generally will perform their jobs better with a positive attitude. Your kindness and motivational words will spur people into completing their tasks efficiently and successfully. All by itself, your kindness and motivation will make people want to do their work, and do it well too. You have to try and make people want to do their work, and do it well too.
I believe communication is integral to being a great leader, as you should be direct and charismatic about what needs to be done, but also be able to listen and build connections. With this mindset, a leader can dictate the direction of an organization and shape it based on their objectives. Another strength that I possess is my drive to never stop improving. I believe that there is no such thing as perfect, and everything can be improved to further its excellence. With this mindset, I have a drive that pushes me to continuously advance and pursue new situations knowing that they will be improved.
But many of them have some common denominators. Among these qualities are: the ability to communicate with others, happy to take risks, and be good organizer. The first quality that every good leader needs is the ability to communicate with others. Basically, it is impossible to be a great leader without being a great communicator. With clear communication, the employees are able to understand the mission, goals and vision.
Before you manage time and some other things you must manage your life first. Your life is a resemblance of your belief. Managing your life to the best of your ability, will earn you respect in your community and amongst your loved ones. What you produce will be fruitful, only if you manage it well. You need to know that you have been created to create.
